GoogleThe service we got from Acorn, and in particular Jack, was outstanding. He always kept us advised of progress on our house sale and even responded to emails in the evening and when he was on leave. We would highly recommend them and wouldn't think of using anyone else if the need arises again.

GoogleI cannot recommend Ross Reed at Acorn Lewisham enough. We had used other agents to try to sell our property previously and found the experience extremely frustrating. We constantly felt like we were chasing the other agents for updates and were left in the dark on when and if viewings would take place. Things was completely different with Ross. He was so on the ball and had more people through the door in the first week than the other agents had in previous 3 months. He kept us up to date throughout and his communication once we found a buyer was excellent. We would use Acorn and Ross again in a heart beat.

GoogleI was really impressed with the high level of service i got from Acorn through the whole process. This was my first time buying and I felt that the estate agent provided me with the types of properties that I had requested to view (unlike some agencies who took me around properties that were outside of my budget). They were always available from start to finish and were very accommodating in letting me into the flat while the sale was going through. I would recommend using Acorn for anyone looking to buy a home in the Lewisham area. Ben

Brendan was particularly accommodating in allowing us to view the property, even on a Sunday. We would recommend Acorn to those seeking to buy a property!

GoogleI've recently rented a property through this branch, it is my first rental and I have been extremely nervous the whole time. Both, Adam and Jade have been absolutely amazing, as have others who have answered the phone in the office when I have called. They kept me updated throughout the whole referencing process and were more than happy to answer all of my questions. They're a really friendly and genuine bunch of people and I am really glad I let through them as the whole process has been so simple - the placing the deposit and paperwork and the viewing where Adam was funny and really nice and honest. Thank you so much for your hard work :-)

I picked Acorn to sell my property after a number of viewings with them while looking for a property. I'm very happy with the service I received and would strongly recommend them if you're selling or buying in the area.

He was incredibly helpful, patient and flexible when dealing with us. He was also very professional, prompt and efficient when responding to our calls and emails. Over all we received a great service, and we were extremely satisfied with the whole process.

GoogleWe sold and bought our new house through Acorn Sydenham, and couldn't be happier with the service we received from Brendan and Yousef. They were always on hand to help us and guide us though the process. They have a wealth of knowledge and offered us a wonderfully professional and helpful service. No task was too small, they confidently negotiated on our behalf to get the best deal and were always looking out for our best interests. We would absolutely use them again have no hesitation in recommending them. We're really thankful they they were there to get us our dream house. Many thanks to Yousef, Brendan and the team.

GoogleI had several high streets agents come in to value my house....some tried to sell me dreams! but I ultimately went with Acorn primarily due to Brendan''s sound knowledge of the area and property. He was quick with making adjustments to his weekend schedule in order for us to get the photos of the house done and advertised which he did himself. The house presented very well and both him and Yousef worked well in getting lots of potential buyers in and within 2 weeks we had an offer. Very professional and approachable guys.....A big THANK YOU for coming through on your promise!

GoogleWe had five agents in to do valuations and we went with Acorn due entirely to Brendan Kennedy's confidence, knowledge and professionalism. Brendan and the team were on the ball throughout the sale, even chasing up solicitors on both sides to get things moving. The whole process took just over 10 weeks, from commissioning Acorn through to completion, which I believe is fast for a leasehold. I am thrilled with the service I received, particularly from Brendan, and would highly recommend Acorn Sydenham to anyone selling in the area.
