I found the agent I was dealing with (Dammy Ajanaku) extremely efficient and methodical in trying to find me a flat which met my requirement. Dammy made diligent notes regarding my specific needs in a one bed flat as well as my budgetary limitations. I found Dammy to be a highly attentive agent, He returned all my phone calls and emails I never felt neglected or unimportant. He is also highly personable with an engaging personality. Acorn is by far the best Estate Agents that I've come across in South London- and I've been through a few! Bradley Gilchrist and handled my move and he was efficient, prompt in responding to my texts and calls and helpful with the small details that make all the difference to avoid or minimise the stress normally associated with moving home. On receiving the keys and moving in the flat was absolutely spotless, including all the kitchen appliances and the bathroom. I rented and then sold my 1 bedroom apartment through Acorn at Crystal Palace. Throughout each process they proved to be extremely diligent, polite and proactive at all times. My apartment was sold within two weeks of being put on the market. All this was done while I worked abroad, and Laura Brooke who is the Team Leader provided more help, advice, support and guidance than my own solicitor. Laura is outstanding, and were it not for her I would have lost my mind with the games being played by the solicitors. I cannot fault the team in anyway and I certainly feel their fee was worth every penny. I unreservedly recommend and endorse the team at Crystal Palace, and would use them again in a heartbeat.
