Andzelika has been amazing in securing me with new tenants for my flat. She managed to get people to move in the day after my old tenants moved out, which meant i had no rent gap, which was amazing. She had a sense or urgency, as i was worried re a rent gap, and she kept me up to speed all the way along. I have been with Acorn for 4 years now, as Mark Sugarman secures my first ever tenants, and Andzelika took over the reigns this time round and has proven to be just as good as Mark. I have taken flat on rent in Trafford House via Acorn Property Management agent. Agents helped me to complete the process of house agreement smoothly. I got replies on my queries on mail quickly. Once I have taken property on rent, I do not get response on my queries dropped on mail. I had to follow up 2-4 times on call, then somehow I got response. When it came to vacating the property, I had dropped mails but for getting response over mails, I had to chase agents several times. Agents addressing tenant's concern/queries is poor. I still waiting for my concern to be sorted out.

Acorn Dartford are one of the best agencies I have dealt with. I came to them after being thoroughly let down by two other big estate agents in my area and wasn't feeling very confident in regards to getting my property sold.
