Hello..I have now spoken to Laurence about this and unfortunately, your request to remove items from the property came in after exchange of contracts! Laurence did say that she would try for you but the sellers were just not able to remove the items. All items I understand were included on the fixture and fittings list that was supplied by the seller at the beginning of the transaction. I am sorry that this spoilt your experience, but largely this was out of our control. I hope that you will be very happy in your new home, but if I can help further, please let me know. Andrew
