GoogleExcellent agency ,excellent service from the beginning to the end. I personally was struggling to find a bedroom flat where to leave with my partner because they were all too expencive and small for 2 people, until I visited the acorn agency near my previous house wich called me 2 days after, offering me the awesome place where I am currently living now.No words. GoogleDamian was very keen and helpful, and was always available to answer questions. He was very courteous and let us visit the property 2 weeks before our move in date to measure up when he could have been seeing other clients. My only feedback would be that there is a level of disorganisation with some of the logistical processes when the tenancy is handed over to the other teams. We had a lot of phone calls which could have been resolved with more attention to detail and if a staff member couldn’t get hold of the lead tenant they would phone everyone within the space of 5 minutes so that when the lead tenant called back things had got very confusing or lines were engaged. In addition, we were told to pay our fees by bank transfer and then had quite a stressful email about payment through an online form which was concerning. Service overall good, tighten up on some of the admin processes and it will be excellent. Thanks again Damian for finding us this property!

GoogleBest Estate Agents ever. Extremely helpful, friendly, professional and efficient. Tried different Estate Agents, but Acorn were the one to successfully sale my flat. Communication was great. Taylor was always there for any query and guidance. It is great to have a person like Taylor to whom you can rely on for any advise, as he has vast knowledge on properties and legal matters. I highly recommend Acorn Estate Agents at Kennington London. Thank you to Taylor, Kieron and all staff members at Acorn.

GoogleDamian was incredibly helpful and accommodating of my many requests during the process of renting our house. Even some of my more unorthodox questions he was always happy to ask the landlord and got back to me at record speed (sometimes in literally minutes!) Very much looking forward to having Acorn as our estate agents, after some previously terrible experiences I can't imagine starting off any better!

GoogleI have recently sold my flat through Acorn, Kennington and had a great experience from start to finish. They were realistic with the price and subsequently I received an offer within 48 hours of my flat going onto the market. Throughout the whole transaction they were professional, responsive and nothing was too much trouble. They even took time out during their busy Saturday to let someone into my flat to remove furniture as I couldn't get their myself. I work in Estate Agency for a large corporate agency and I can highly recommend Acorn. Thanks again Steven, Micheal and Cheryl!
