GoogleSold my mum's property's through Steve Morton in your Kennington branch. The process was handled professionally throughout, once the property was sold we also rented a property through acorn and I was pleasantly surprised with the level of customer care and I would highly recommend this particular branch.

GoogleWithout the help of Taylor Moutarde I would have crumbled. He has gone above and beyond to assist me even with a property outside of his branch. The professionalism of this individual is a credit to the company he works for and I would highly recommend contact with him in relation to any property dealing with Acorn.

GoogleSteve was a very personable, helpful and knowledgeable agent. He made every step of the process easier through good communication and a willingness to go a step beyond what is expected. I was thoroughly impressed. At the end of our house purchase Steve really helped in pushing through the final pieces of paperwork with the solicitors. I can't emphasise enough how helpful he was.

Steven and the team always kept me updated on the process and patiently answered my questions, as I was buying my first property.

GoogleNot only was Steven Morton professional in his dealings with us but he often went over and above to make sure we got the best deal and to explain things that as first time buyers, we just didn't understand. Highly recommend purchasing with him as our experience could have been very different if he hadn't have fought our corner, when other estate agents sought to exploit the fact that we were first time buyers. Great value experience from start to finish!

GoogleWhat a great experience received from all at the Acorn Kennington branch I have had. After getting my property on to the market swiftly they kept me updated throughout the process until the day of exchange. My opinion on high street agents has changed. Excellent knowledge of the market and their reassurance throughout whilst having a major works bill hanging over me was just what I needed to get the sale through. I can't thank Steven and the team enough!

In particular the transparent, pro active and honest approach cultivated by Steven Morton, Branch Manager and his team gave us the reassurance that we were in good hands. We have no hesitation in recommending them.

GoogleWhen I needed to let my flat for the first time in a long time, the Acorn Team were really knowledgeable about the area and the market. They did a fantastic job of finding me great tenants and kept me in the loop throughout the process. They took so much hassle out of the process and made themselves really stand out from the other agents I attempted to use. Great team giving a great service!

GoogleOnce they got my email / number in their database, Acorn plagued me with endless spam emails / texts that never stop, even when I request to be removed from their database. Very poor service.

GoogleWorst experience and shocking service. I have to physically visit the agency to get a response! They advertise a property move in date yet have tenants still living with no notice served. Though prices may be attractive, the downside is service which one needs to consider when something goes wrong.

GoogleWe recently purchased a property from Acorn Estate Agents Brockley branch and found the whole experience very satisfying. All the staff that assisted in the purchase were very helpful to us throughout the process and any minor problems were quickly resolved. I would recommend anyone to take advantage of the great service they offer.
