Liam Wright is the most unprofessional estate agent any business person should ever deal with... He is very unprofessional, rude, and lack competence. I booked appointment to view a property and had to travel 6hrs round trip without your move properly following up the appointment. First an appointment was booked on a house that was already sold and secondly this property in Middlesbrough which they totally don't have access or control over. I will never have anything or let anyone I know or don't know have anything to do with such a very unprofessional company that lack professionalism. Your customer or client is your business the moment you loose one you have lost 1m because you don't know the will power of the customer you treated wrongly. This 21st century Your Move having such incompetent staffs to deal with business minded people is so disgusting. Worse estate agent in United Kingdom is Your Move Darlington branch with the likes of Liam the branch should be closed down. He is racist.

Chaos, inexperience, under qualified

Staff do not have a clue what they are doing by the looks of it, received so many documents littered with so many errors from all kinds of departments that do not communicate with one another. They dodge questions and facts like politicians or criminals, too scared to tell the landlord when he is wrong and unlawful or breach of their own terms of a tenancy agreement. Negligent or maybe even considered fraudulent tampering of notices to make their documents appear valid. Even down to simple maths (KS1 addition that my 6 year old could complete) they do not seem to be able to grasp. Denial demonstrated on all things that they are incorrect about, which I’m clever enough to have all in emails/writing. I’m embarrassing to have this agent operating, I’m not saying I know everything but I’ve had to correct and school them on a lot of aspects of our tenancy, so much so that I’m tempted to send them an invoice for my time! Avoid this agent at all costs, they side with landlords even if they are in the wrong and simply do as they are told by their clients, this isn’t always the right or ethical thing to do and certainly In need of some training/business transformation or redundancies. Avoid!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Absolutely disgusting treatment from the agents and landlord. I don’t think the box is quite big enough to fit all of the problems we have encountered in the last year. The lack of communication is atrocious, and the inexperienced staff is embarrassing. Don’t think they know that my partner worked for an estate agents and knows all the legalities of certain procedures which they clearly don’t know. Avoid at all cost.

Slumlord! No valid GSR for over 2 months!

Poor property management and lack of experience and/or under qualified staff across the agency. Slum landlord or ‘slumlord’ of current property who neglects and breaks every clause he’s bound by in the tenancy agreement. Left me and my family with young children without valid gas safety certificate for over 2 months, considerably a major breach of his and the agents legal duties. Reported to the HSE, to which the agent finally got in touch to arrange this to be carried out. To little too late in my opinion as this could have disastrous consequences. Gas safety certificate flagged a repair that needs to be carried out on the boiler, does not stop the boiler from working but the landlord immediately stated ‘if the tenant wants this repaired he needs to get this done at his own expense’ to which I stated that I was not paying for any part of the boiler to be repaired if this is required as it is simply not my fault or responsibility it is down to poor maintenance on the landlords behalf, landlord then stated that any repair to the boiler would be taken from my deposit. A void and ridiculous statement to make as anything to do with the boiler is his responsibility as per the tenancy agreement. Landlord is a tyrant and the agent supports his ludicrous comments and dictator behaviour.

Worst estate agent in Liverpool!!! Avoid Reeds Rains Liverpool at all cost.Unethical , poor communication, unprofessional, very stressful. Avoid avoid, avoid.I flew in from Geneva after fixing two viewings, 301, 3 Kenyon Steps, L1 and The Strand, Liverpool L2.We waited in front of the property for more than an hour on 2nd Aug for 12pm viewing. One Abdul qadir was supposed to come to show us the property.Mr Justin Barton had confirmed the viewing on mail so we booked our air tickets.He did not show up, and after frequent calling Reed Rains we were told that he visited the concierge and returned. Holy hell..!!! Such fraudulent people. There was no confirmation or communication from either Reed Rains nor Abdul Qadir.Our precious time, money, hotel bookings ,all went for a toss.Thankyou Reed Rains for your callous behaviour. The properties listed never existed I suppose. So ultimately its your loss, not mine.
