GoogleHaving been with this estate agent for 2 months I am really not satisfied with the service, the agent who came and did the valuation when asked if we signed with them would it allow us to go with other estate agents and he assured me yes, I now find out after he left, this to be an untruth, we have had no contract given to us, and although they promise of a weekly phone call up to date this has never happened
I definately feel we have been talked into something with a lie
And I do not recommend this estate agent and am going to seek advise to release me from this service

GoogleNever been so appalled by the rudeness of staff especially Nathan the “manager”, wouldn’t waste your time speaking to him he likes to hang up the phone on his customers, been reporting the same safety issue since September and still having to chase them, landlord decided to get someone private to sort it and they was extremely rude and messed me about, if they want to send a Sam out to fix things don’t let him, his work is awful, that’s when he’s not feeling too lazy to do it, I thought Lovelles was bad, would much rather use them to rent off now.

GoogleIf I could leave a zero star review I would the house is rented and black mould in all the bedrooms came to sort only one room and even that job was done is such a poor standard, they always say create a job in the app to get repairs fixed still waiting since last year to have things sorted. AVOID!!!!

Beware. If you happen to buy a property from them. Each person will have to fork £48 ID checks. That usually done by solicitor as part of their package. While they need to verify.i don't see the point of extra payment. I would say go get that money from their customer ( seller of property)

TrustpilotWhy do we still need Estate Agents in 2024?
Apparently this estate agent can only sell houses during THIER opening times. How ridiculous. All they need to do is contact the seller to ask if they are happy to undertake a viewing after work, around 5-6pm. If the seller is not happy with that, fine, I'll respect their wishes and find another property. My wife and I are registered with them and we've already viewed another property where the vendor showed us round. Don't the majority of people who want to buy a house work for a living? I thought estate agents had modernised their practices but Reeds Rains still seem stuck in the 80s.
