GoogleReedsRains, were the agents through whom I originally purchased my home in Durham two decades ago. The support and guidance provided at this time was invaluable to me as a first time buyer. Following my move to the south coast of England ten years ago ReedsRains found me a tenant for my Durham house, guided me through the rental process and managed the tenancy on my behalf. Throughout all of this time I cannot fault the guidance and support that I continue to receive from the manager and staff in the Durham City office. I am now in the process of selling my house and, once again, I cannot praise, enough, the advice and support that I am receiving from Tony Hunter and his team. Staff are accessible and can be relied on to get back if not immediately available.

GoogleAfter asking Reeds Rains of Durham for a valuation we were visited by Hannah and decided to use their services. We then had a visit from Tony Hunter who outlined all we needed to know about the process and explained how they would market our house. We were then introduced to Deb's our excellent contact for the sale, after just two weeks we had a potential purchaser and the sale is progressing well towards a completion. I would definitely recommend Reeds Rains of Durham as an Estate Agent of choice.

GoogleReeds Rains in Durham, and Tony Hunter/Deb in particular, have been fantastic. We changed estate agents to Reeds Rains after a slow moving process with another company and have been tremendously impressed by the professionalism and efficiency provided. Our sale hasn't exactly been the smoothest of processes, but has been managed, communicated and worked through thoroughly by both Tony and Deb and we couldn't recommend them more. If I am ever in need of an estate agent in Durham, Reeds Rains will be my first call. Thanks again for all of your help.

Terrible service for property management.When the tenant has delay in rent payment. Instead of resolving it first with tenant they start by alarming the landlord and the going to tenant.I had a few property with them,. And it felt as if they are making me work instead of resolving issues quietly behind the scene

Working with Andrea from the Dinnington branch. Wow, this woman is incredible. Her communication is excellent, she was contacting us on her days off, out of her working hours, just so we could have an update if she had heard from anyone from the sale of our purchase. When she was on holiday, a lady called Jade took her place and again, her communication was excellent. Even just updating me at dinner time to say ‘sorry there is no update’ was helpful as it saved me calling them to see if they had heard anything. Would recommend Reeds Rains to anyone!! Especially these two lovely ladies!

We found every member of staff we dealt with to be friendly and helpful - unlike some other agents in the area! We found Steve, the manager, to be really helpful, genuine and generous with his time. GoogleFrom the minute Steve came to value my dad's house I knew we were going to use Reeds Rains. The sale was due to bereavement and the whole team made the process painless and were caring and considerate. In what could have been a difficult time we felt confident that we were being looked after. Andrea was absolutely amazing, she explained everything and went above and beyond in helping the sale go smoothly. Although we won't need to use Reeds Rains again I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone else.
