I have given 1 star but if I could I…

I have given 1 star but if I could I would give minus a massive number. The worst company ever. I am a Landlord with a managed service but end up having to sort trades out myself as allow trades to charge about 5 times what something should be. The castleford office is abysmal. They say they will do the admin but don’t. They have to check everything with head office as they have no knowledge of their own company’s policies. I could keep going but I would be here for ever ranting!

Truly awful experience

Truly awful experience. I would not go with this company ever again, not because of the company but because of the landlords they choose.We went through reeds reins even though the landlord managed the property. We went without heating for 10 days with 3 kids. In fact the boiler broke every 3 months for years. There is a leak in the kitchen coming from the bathroom which was also never fixed. Let's not speak about he broken fence.The landlord often entered the property without permission, even if we were not there. When we left, they with held the deposit due to damage we have caused. But then they never did changed anything before for the next tenant l moved in... Where did our money go?Unfortunately my opinion of reeds reins is now they only work with landlords nobody else would choose. They are not responsible for the upkeep of the property but they are responsible for who they decide to work with.

Absolutely appalling levels of service. My time with these beggars belief they’ve been that bad. I can’t think of 1 positive and have a litany of complaints about them, which they’re clearly not bothered about. Avoid avoid avoid.

We sold our house last year through your move darlington and were delighted with the service and support we received every step of the way. Due to a change of circumstances during the sale we were also looking for a property to rent and as we were so happy with everyone we had already dealt we decided to use them for our rental. The sales and lettings department worked fantastically together and managed to keep the sale of our house going and found us an excellent rental property. I have spoken with Andrea in maintenance on a number of occasions and no matter whether its a small problem or something bigger she is always happy to help, has jobs organised and carried out to a high standard and in a very reasonable time frame. Her communication is excellent and thorough in all cases.

New beginnings!

Let me give you some background first, my girlfriend and I had been living in a mouldy, cramped up tiny box bedroom at my toxic mums place where we were giving way too much for rent for where we was. After countless of knock backs being rejected for places around Cleethorpes, Immingham and Grimsby, but our first time dealing with Reeds Rains we now have our own place to call out own, and all thanks to the team at Grimsby town. A very special thanks to all the staff working there! I myself really appreciate everything they did! I highly recommend!
