GoogleIf you're looking to buy a property through this Estate Agency, ask for Lindsey Todd to be your agent there. Got nothing but great things to say about her - she's super nice as a person (makes a huge difference I think), stays on top of all the paperwork throughout the whole process and does things quickly and right away instead of dilly-dallying like some people do, and when you have questions or requests you just ring her and if she happens to be unavailable at that very moment she calls you right back and then promptly follows up on whatever the matter is and keeps you updated on how things sit. Really couldn't be happier with her work!

GoogleI have been with your move for the last 3 years and it has been always very smooth. No while I am moving out, Charlotte have been massively helpful with sorting out everything for me and my flatmate as well my reference for the new property. It has been a very stressful time for me arranging everything but Charlotte was there to make it better.

Jay showed us around a few houses and went out of her way to ensure we secured the place we really wanted even helping on her own time to help us get the place and move in at a good time! If I could review this estate agents lower I would. I initially signed for a property in 2021 with a partner - they messed us around for weeks at a time and made the moving in process as stressful as possible which lead to them finally releasing the keys after office hours despite having a moving van waiting all day. Immediately after moving in we had to make a formal complaint due to having to wait over 8 weeks for acknowledgement on maintenance issues. Not something you want straight after moving into a property? Not to mention later going 3 days without heating or hot water in the height of winter.They shut us up by offering to pay compensation of £150 for the inconvenience.However, later in the tenancy the other tenant moved out leaving me, a single young woman, living alone. The landlord, an older gentleman, turned up to the property without notice several times. On one occasion, I granted access to the property for him to review some damp problems, whereby he made multiple inappropriate comments about how my tattoos would look better without my clothes on, and that I was safe going upstairs alone with him. A few days after this, he knocked on the door at circa 7pm at night asking me to go for drinks with him.Being a woman living alone, knowing that this man is aware of this and is in a position of power, I didn't speak out until the end of the tenancy.This landlord then decided to claim over £700 of damages from myself. Luckily, we used the Zero Deposit Guarantee scheme and so they disputed this on my behalf and over £500 of this claim was rejected. Leaving me to pay just under £185 which was settled at the end of 2023.However, over a year after the end of the tenancy, Reeds Rains has just contacted me stating that I owe them £22. A reminder this was paid in 2023, the year that the tenancy ended.I would never ever recommend anybody to use this estate agents, it's a law suit waiting to happen and they clearly don't care about the safety of their tenants from landlords taking advantage of their position nor do they communicate with each other at all and prefer to harass previous tenants.

Imagine the response I got from a Reddish Branch Manager below after I complained about the service I received from managing my property. The amount of lies he stated in his email is alarming. Another reason to stay clear of this firm because they will mess you upHe could not even put his name at the end of the email Hello, To start things off you are copying a lot of random people into an email chain who have no part in this matter and it is causing a lot of confusion within your complaint. The complaints procedure would be to myself first and then it can escalate up the channel. Because of the numerous different emails this has caused a massive delay getting back to you. To address your issues, first of all it was Bryce who was the lettings manager here dealing with your issues with regards to the tenants of 30 Bratton Drive. After numerous emails back and forth between you both Bryce tried to resolve it by either agreeing the tenant could have his cousin move in or serve a section 13. This was agreeable and then later not agreeable by yourself. Then you wished to serve notice to the tenants to which we have to get confirmation from yourself to which Bryce never received until you contacted the branch upset that it hadn't taken place. There has been a lot of confusion with what you wish to do with the property. You were made aware of the tenants vacating as you wished to serve notice, we can not notify you multiple times of the same update. Finally a resolve was met between you and Bryce to serve notice. The tenants dropped their keys in on Thursday the 21st but this wasn't picked up until Friday due to how late it was. Again there had been some confusion as you had stated you did not want to pay for a check out report on one occasion but when you came into branch you said you wanted the check out report to be done. Jennifer in branch then spoke to vibrant who booked it for the following day for you. You have expressed you wanted to leave our services but are now asking for our assistance on matters which would not be manged by ourselves going forward. All I can do is offer my sincere apologies that you are not happy with the service you have received and offer you my best wishes going forward in the future and can end communications on this matter here, if this is not satisfactory then please see attached the complaints procedure on the next steps for you, Kind Regards
