GoogleDon't rent with them - poor customer service, poor communication. Edit: apparently the quickest way to communicate with them is to leave a bad review. I don't recommend them !
I'm sorry you feel the service and communication has fallen short Daniel. I can see you are in communication with the team regarding your end of tenancy. I'm afraid cleaning and leaving furniture will attract costs. The independent check out report verifies the condition against the check in inventory.
