GoogleI have been so impressed with YourMove Darlington! I have recently used them for a sale and a purchase of new house and cannot thank them enough for such an efficient service. You made the whole purchase and sale process feel smooth and less stressful. Thank you to David for your knowledge and professionalism - you run a great team and nothing ever seemed to be a bother. The communication from the team and especially Lindsey Todd was outstanding. She kept me informed at every stage, was friendly, contactable and had a good sense of humour too which I really appreciated when house issues can get stressful! She gave brilliant advice and I would highly recommend the whole team but especially Lindsey for dealing with your next sale or purchase! Thanks again. Very happy customer.

Criminal organisation. Also operate at "Your Move". As a landlord I received fraudulent invoices, months of failure to respond to calls and emails. They turns out they lost the keys and the tenancy agreement. End of contract 29th Sept. Still they haven't shared any paperwork and are still withholding funds in November. Lots of promises from David Tomlinson, not one fulfilled. Avoid.Update: now December, despite the response on here, no reach out or resolution.

I've rented with some bad agencies in the past, but these guys are on another level. Several cases of mistaken identity - had repair jobs turn up at my door stating my name and house number when I hadn't called anyone.Communicated with us over a move date and then a week before tried to claim we hadn't given notice. Nearly last two months rent as a result, which we had to fight for.On moving out they picked on every spec of dust and blamed us for damages that were already there. They lost email communications from us, which led to issues on the moving out period as above.They promised to fix spelling errors in our names on contract, but then refused and stated it's because our official documentation arriving in the country was wrong - still can't believe that one.All in all a terrible experience... Avoid!
