Arranged to see a property on a saturday. Nobody turned up at the time arranged and no phone was answered. Stood outside for 20mins with a 10month old and a 2year old. Word of advise - call them the day to confirm, as they clearly need to be micro managed to do their work correctly.

Wow - what can i say. I dealt with Bekky throughout the entire process and she was brilliant. From point of contact at initial viewing she was very knowledgable on the property, and gave great advice during and after the viewing. Nothing was ever a problem and i cannot rate Reeds Raines highly enough. Bekky remained professional at all times, but what stood out for me was her courteous, happy, and relaxed approach to making sure this sale stayed on track, which of course it did. Thanks Bekky, will be back in soon. Rob T

We dealt with Dan and Rachel from scarborough. Dan arranged the viewing and Rachel showed us around and did the rest. She was very professional and helpful and went out of her way to show us the perfect accommodation. She kept in touch as promised and my son found the perfect rental through her. Very happy with the service. Well done Rachel. Thanks for all your help

Great service. Great staff. Especially Bekky, who made the daunting prospect of buying my house much easier & pretty much stress free. Lovely lady & would highly recommend this company. If i had any issues, she would make them her issue and get the problem resolved ASAP! Upon meeting her i found her to be very polite & friendly! If/when i move again i will definitely be dealing with Reeds Rains. Thankyou all once again.

I sold my house with Reeds Rains within 1 day of it being on the market. I dealt with Dan Thomas and he was brilliant! He kept me up to date each step of the way throughout the whole process. The time scale from first putting the house on the market to completion was 7 weeks which is very impressive. Dan was very professional and always on hand when I needed him. Highly recommend Dan Thomas at Reeds Rains
