I put my house on the market with Reeds Rains Durham following disappointment from previous agents. This was the best decision I made! Reeds Rains Durham, specifically Neil Wilson who works for this branch has been truly incredible. He has gone above and beyond to ensure the sale of my home. Nothing was ever a problem for Neil, he would maintain regular communication, giving me weekly and many times daily updates. Whenever I asked for an update Neil would be on it, providing a speedy response. Selling and buying a home has definitely been stressful but Neil has made it a much smoother and reassuring process. He really has gone above and beyond and I am grateful for the positive experience I have had. If I ever need an estate agent in the future I will definitely be heading back to Reeds Rains Durham! Thank you Neil, you’ve been fab!!

Efficient. patient and informative throughout. This sale was slowed down by various issues raised by the buyer, but Sharon explained every step of the process, reassured me and kept me calm! We got there and many thanks to Sharon and her team.

Only a positive experience with Reeds Rains from me. Mark inparticular, looked after me from start to finish. It's always a green flag when the estate agents is at the viewing on time. I'd been contacted within two days to say they were happy with me to go forward, the landlord also noted that the estate agent had given ME a good review to them, which no doubt sped up the process. I showed up to collect my keys half an hour before closing time on a Friday (I'm sorry), and Mark was still nothing but friendly and professional. I made a call a few days after moving in with a couple of requests, and Mark had them both sorted by the next day. I was contacted by a couple affiliate companies of theirs which wanted to upsell me 'all inclusive' bills at 4x the cost but if you ignore that like I did, absolutely banging experience all round.

We have been dealing with Reeds Rains at Harper Parade Hartburn with the sale of a property, all the staff at Hartburn have been amazing throughout the whole process from valuation to completion. They have gone above and beyond in assisting and explaining the process of the sale. We would highly recommend them and will be using their services again.

Having newly arrived and new to lettings in England, Jonathan McDonough was extremely helpful and courteous throughout. Much of our paperwork was prepared beforehand making for a very smooth and happy transition. Jonathan and those in the office were friendly, happy and graceful. I have just purchased a property from Reeds and Rains Estate Agents Stockton. If I could, I would give them 10 stars. I had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Andrea who is an absolute gem. Living on Glasgow, I was prepared for some hiccups along the way. However that was not the case. Nothing was a problem for Andrea, so refreshing to to deal with someone , when you have a question they get back with the answer more importantly in a timely fashion. It was a pleasure doing business with your company. Reeds and Rains are lucky to have you in there staff team.

Reeds Rains in Durham City have been superb from the offset, Neil and his team from the start have kept me updated with the purchasing of yet another rental property. The thing that stood out with Neil was his honesty with the price etc and making sure all the certificates were sorted before completion. I’d definitely use Neil and his team again they are all friendly and professional throughout the full process. I’d DEFINITELY RECOMMEND them and they get 5 stars 🌟 from me.
