Freindly helpful service…

Staff very freindly and helpful have kept us up to date with things. Never too much trouble even when i was phoning quite regularly no one made you feel like you were a nuisance , they seem to understand the stress of moving . Would highly recommend reeds rains

Andrea Snook - Dinnington South Yorkshire - no stars in relation to handling the sale of property for my father and I. I hold Lasting Power of Attorney and even though I produced documentation evidence, my request to halt the sale, due to my own ill health was ignored. I'd been handling ALL matters in relation to the sale of my Father's property. I was told by the above named 'we'll complete paperwork for your father'. These are LEGAL DOCUMENT. My father is in his eighties and cannot read and understand the written word on such documentation without a full explanation and understanding of what he is signing - which I was providing for him.

Tried to book a viewing for house, and was greeted by a horrible woman, just because i don’t have a mortgage in principle yet she was very rude, telling me that i’ wasting her time and the owners, i tried explaining to her that i have a mortgage adviser and have been at my job through agency for a year and that i have been told i should be getting a permanent position soon and that my mortgage adviser has said that i will get a mortgage as soon as i get my contract through that would more than cover the amount of the house, but the woman on phone just kept saying i was wasting her time and was very rude throughout the call, definitely needs some customer service training, she was just looking for a quick commission in my opinion, not very helpful for a potential first time buyer, i wouldn't of minded if she had just told me politely that i could get a viewing as soon as i got a mortgage in principle instead of the way she spoke to me

Questions all round no matter what it wasn't too much, I must have rang her 80 times in the process and she was professional and polite all throughout. We signed a one-year contract, but then I didn't want to stay any longer because there were too many rats. I have children at home, so I had to vacate the property. After that, my deposit wasn't refunded, which is a lot of money for me. You should think twice before doing business with this company. It's very disappointing

Reeds Rains in Durham City have been superb from the offset, Neil and his team from the start have kept me updated with the purchasing of yet another rental property. The thing that stood out with Neil was his honesty with the price etc and making sure all the certificates were sorted before completion. I’d definitely use Neil and his team again they are all friendly and professional throughout the full process. I’d DEFINITELY RECOMMEND them and they get 5 stars 🌟 from me.
