GoogleReeds rains have been great in helping us sell our house. Lauren and Jamie have been really professional and supportive. Our home was marketed quickly and sold within 2 weeks. Communication was excellent and we felt listened to. Would highly recommend.

GoogleWhat can I say about Your move Darlington, from booking a viewing at a property 3 weeks ago, to making an offer, then having Hannah come and valuate and take my property to market and selling just 1 day after going live, to Sharon and Allyson who has helped every step of the way too, it is all with the solicitors to be finalised but i know if i need them they are only a call away.

GoogleI had an absolutely fantastic experience with this estate agent from start to finish. A special thank you to Neil for his outstanding guidance and support throughout the process. As this was a corporate sale, it was something completely new to me, but Neil was incredibly patient and always on hand to explain each step clearly. Thanks to his proactive approach and constant communication, everything was finalised much faster than I expected. I also really appreciated how flexible the team was. As I live quite far from the property and had very limited time for viewings, they went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule, which made a huge difference. Overall, a smooth, stress-free experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Thank you again!

GoogleReeds Rains (and Deb and Neil in particular) were tremendously helpful and supportive when we sold our house in Durham. They moved fast to find a replacement when our first buyer fell through and were really on top of all the steps that needed to happen.

TrustpilotRefusing to pay back my deposit
I moved out a property managed by the Catford branch 5 months ago and they are refusing to pay back my deposit. The amount is not disputed by either party. My tenancy ended in January and I gave them the required 1 month notice that I would not be renewing the contract and gave them the new tenants details. They say they cannot release my deposit until the new contract is signed. However, they have taken half a year(!) to do the required checks (PAT, fire etc) before they will release a contract. Communication has been awful, bounced around people and branches with no taking responsibility to resolve this. Often I was gave the wrong information or told I would be called back and never was, multiple emails ignored. I have now been through three stages of the complaint procedure with still no resolution so I've raised it with the Property Ombudsman. DO NOT USE THESE LETTING AGENTS IF YOU ARE A TENANT. No one at the company cares about your rights.

Avoid using this company, especially the Sale branch. On the first day, they rented us a property in poor condition and it had not been properly cleaned. Now that we have moved out, they are withholding our full deposit, claiming there were ongoing issues, despite us reporting problems from day one and providing photos as evidence.
