GoogleI had a fantastic experience with Your Move Darlington during the recent sale of my property. The whole team were excellent from the very start of the listing, through the viewings, and right through to when the offer was accepted. Hannah was absolutely excellent. She is incredibly warm, professional, and approachable, and her communication throughout has been outstanding. She has explained everything clearly, kept me fully informed, and made the whole process of getting my house to market feel easy and stress-free. A special mention must go to Allyson, who worked closely with my buyer and was absolutely superb throughout the process. Communication was excellent at every stage, I was always kept fully up to date, and she ensured that both myself and the buyer had everything we needed, which made the process feel smooth and well managed. The professionalism, responsiveness and support from the team really stood out, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Your Move Darlington to anyone looking to sell their property.

GoogleGreat service from Andrea, Abbie, Sue, Lewis and the team. With our Mum's house having been empty while on the market, Reeds Rains have been just fantastic about keeping an eye on it - checking every week, letting us know when the roof lost some chunks (gulp!), recommending someone to fix it and essentially managing the property and giving us that peace of mind. All while obviously doing their core job of showing buyers round keeping us up to date with viewings and feedback, advising on price and hand-holding through the actual sale. Would happily recommend.

From our very first conversation, Jayne's pleasant demeanour and prompt responses made a significant difference in my search for the apartment. Her positive attitude and helpful nature were admirable; she consistently went above and beyond to ensure I felt confident and satisfied with her expertise. Equally noteworthy was my experience with Ted, whose welcoming attitude left a lasting impression on me. Ted's approach as a guide was exemplary; he made every effort to ensure I felt comfortable and at ease throughout the entire process. During our visits to two apartments, I was especially grateful for his punctuality and sense of responsibility, which contributed to the overall pleasantness of the experience. Ted also offered invaluable advice on where to find furniture, demonstrating his dedication to exceeding expectations and making the entire process smooth and enjoyable.
