GoogleI recently purchased a property through reeds rains, Andrea McCarthy negotiated for me. Her negotiation skills were outstanding, she worked hard to secure a great deal for me and kept my best interests front and centre at every stage. GoogleI would highly recommend the guisborough team, they went above and beyond in their help and advise while selling my property. As I live in Scotland and the house sale was guisborough the team advised on tradesmen to do work and dispose of unwanted furniture and arranged times for them to be at property to allow them access. Excellent recommendations. Their communication was exceptional with very quick replies to any queries. A good link between myself and the buyer was maintained at all times. Their fees are also very good value for the friendly and professional service that is offered and I can not recommend them enough

She arranged and conducted viewings efficiently, and always provided detailed, helpful feedback afterwards so I felt completely in the loop. Sharon was very easy to talk to and her sense of humour put me at ease when discussing some issues around the sale. The photographs and online video which were produced by Hannah were extremely professional and really showcased my property in the best possible light, highlighting its strengths and making it very appealing to prospective buyers. GoogleAlthough I was the purchaser and not the client paying for the service, I was very impressed with Your Move Darlington, particularly Sharon, who I dealt with throughout the transaction. Sharon was professional, responsive and helpful at every stage. Communication was clear and timely, and they were proactive in helping to keep the process moving between all parties. Any queries I had were dealt with promptly and courteously, which made the overall experience much smoother. Even though I wasn’t their direct client, I felt well supported throughout the purchase and would happily recommend Your Move Darlington and Sharon in particular based on my experience.

GoogleI have just bought my first house through your move and they made the whole experience a breeze all while keeping it exciting! Buying my first house at 22 proved quite difficult at first when other estate agents would speak to my parents rather than me or not take me seriously. This completely changed from the minute I viewed my property with YourMove. The man that showed us round was lovely and made lovely suggestions and gave loads of ideas for the property which was brilliant to hear as a first time buyer with zero experience. I spoke to Sharon the most who just made my experience the best and made me feel so comfortable no matter how stupid the questions were! Sharon is such a lovely lady both work wise and to generally chat to and nothing is ever too much to ask. She is absolutely amazing at her job and can’t fault her on anything at all. She consistently kept me up to date on everything that was happening even sending emails while I was at work when I couldn’t answer my phone which was lovely for her to go above and beyond. She made me feel so comfortable and confident throughout the whole experience and I am so thankful to her and will forever remember everything she has done for me. Everyone else I have spoken to at your move including allyson were lovely and again nothing was too much to ask. They were all very kind and chatty and just such a lovely team of people that I cannot pick a fault with at all. Thankyou so much to the whole team for everything.
