Their professionalism, knowledge and help shone through from our first meetings. From five viewings of the house four offers were made on the same day and this resulted with an offer being accepted within one day! Whenever making a telephone call to their office you can always guarantee a friendly and helpful reception.

AWFUL experience, choose another agent.

AWFUL experience. I was moved into a house that had not been thoroughly checked by the estate agent, so there was no ventilation in the bathroom (legal requirement), a missing fire alarm, broken glass, the property hadn't been thoroughly cleaned, no working freezer, no security alarm... the list goes on. I had to go into branch a number of times, emailing for months on end, was told by a maintenance team member to 'forget it'. I managed to end my tenancy early which cost me a lot of time and was very stressful. They now are making no effort to attempt to get my deposit returned, so I'm having to formally raise a dispute. This is months of unnecessary stress. Save yourself the pain, don't rent from them.

Trying to sell a house has been difficult. Staff telling me that something is a legal requirement, when it is a company policy. Staff do not want to discuss your concerns and the it is nothing to do with me, it is the managers decision, syndrome prevails. Very disappointing.

Take all the stress out of letting

We have used Reeds Rains in a Bamber Bridge to manage one of our properties in the town and have found the service they provide to be very professional and efficient. They respond quickly to help take the pressure off the landlord when issues arise and make it a stress free process. Very disappointed in Reed Rains Evesham, sale of my house took far longer than it should have due to their lack of due diligence (which they claimed was there strong point) sale fell through twice, I had to push them for communication every week and all they kept saying was “we have put a call in? We have sent an email” Best bit was with in 30 minutes of Me telling them I had exchanged I received their bill!!!Would not recommend unless you are prepared to wait and chase them every step of the way
