GoogleI had 3 valuations on my property from 3 local estate agents and Oliver at urban & Rural was by far the most professional, friendly and informative agent that came. i brought my property from Pete at urban & Rural in Ampthill 8 years ago and the customer service today was up to the same excellent standard. i have decided to stay in my property but should I decide to sell i would return to these professionals.

We sold my late sister's property through Urban and Rural's Milton Keynes branch. They valued the property sensibly, were competitive from a fee perspective, listed the property in 2 days and sold it the next day. Thanks to Steven and team for a job well done. He was always responsive to our buyer chasing requests as the purchaser's legal team were disorganised.

GoogleVery good estate agents, would highly recommend. Proactive getting viewings in and all were attended by them and we were always notified in advance. Steve and the team were excellent in dealing with some issues and set backs we had during our house move. Very friendly crew at urban and rural and they always do as they say they will. My sister used them earlier this year (she recommended them to me) and had the same experience.

GoogleI could not be happier with the service provided by Steven and the team. I highly recommend this agent, in particular the MK branch, to anyone looking to move home. From valuation to sale, this service has been excellent. The staff are always polite and friendly and answer the phone in a timely manner. It's always been easy to get hold of my agent Steven and if he is busy then he always returns my calls in a timely fashion. Steven went over and beyond to ensure my sale one went through as seamlessly as possible. He was very understanding, patient and kind which really reduced the stress of moving. The communication throughout the whole process was really excellent and I am very grateful to Steven and the whole team. From when Adam came to do my valuation, through to Steven progressing my sale and my phone interactions with Jonathan, Hayley and Ceris, they've all been wonderful. GoogleUrban & Rural are without doubt the best estate agents I’ve ever dealt with. The main reason was Charlie Grierson. His email responses were prompt and attentive. At the viewing he was personable and trustworthy, the kind of guy you’d go to the pub with for a pint and when you come back from the WC there’s jaeger bombs on your table. He even text with details and updates about the property out of his work hours and hooked me up with a great financial advisor David Schofield who also made the scary world of finances easy for me, a modern day wizard of you ask me, let’s say he was my Gandalf but Charlie was definitely my Sam. All round really impressed and even when Charlie was off Katy picked up where he left off and handed back over to him when he was back, she was friendly and bubbly on the phone but got shiz done too. What can I say really nice people, really didn’t feel like an estate agents at all. 10 out of 10 would recommend to my friends and family.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism
