We first met with Jonathan Blake to sell our property. After a little while on the market we decided to rent it out instead and Urban & Rural found tenants within days. The support throughout the rental period was excellent. Later we put the property back on the market and worked with Steven Redmond. They not only found us a buyer but worked tirelessly to keep the transaction moving, regularly chasing solicitors to minimise delays. We would happily recommend the Newport Pagnell branch to anyone looking to sell or rent out their property. Great team!

The team were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They had a buyer within 4 weeks of taking over from another estate agent. There was a delay with the buyers solicitor and the team kindly provided security checks for us as we had moved away. From the moment of viewing the first house that was on the market with Urban & Rural, we put in an offer which was accepted. We then put our house on the market which we had valued by Christopher Camden from Urban & Rural Estate Agents.
