GoogleWe had a fantastic experience with Urban & Rural, especially with Bailey, who helped us throughout the process of renting our new home. Bailey was incredibly helpful, professional and friendly from start to finish. He was always quick to respond to our questions, kept us updated throughout the whole process and made sure everything was explained clearly. He went above and beyond to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible for us. Moving into a new home can be quite stressful, but having someone as helpful and reliable as Bailey made such a big difference. We always felt that our questions were taken seriously and that he genuinely wanted to help us get everything sorted. We are extremely happy with the service we received from Urban & Rural and would definitely recommend them, especially Bailey, to anyone looking to rent a property. GoogleLesley at Urban & Rural was brilliant at helping with our purchase and accommodating for some tricky timelines. Always easy to get hold of, and quickly resolved issues even when our original sale fell through. Hopefully we’ve found our forever house but would use them to sell if we ever move again!

GoogleI'm currently in the process of selling my home via Urban Rural which is currently going through the sale process. To date, I am overall very happy with the service from initial valuation visit to now. Jonathan conducted the initial valuation visit, Adam returned to take the property pics (which were 1000% time better than the previous agent we were using), Annette conducted the majority of the viewings and Steve has kept us continuously updated to date in relation to developments with the sale process. All have been professional, polite, reliable, personable, friendly and super responsive. Thank you!

We did not have any available in our area (Milton Keynes) that were fitting of your requirements. We currently only have one available within Milton Keynes, to let. The rest on our website are may either show but have marked ‘Let’ or are not within our area. Instead in our sister branches mainly consisting of Bedfordshire areas. We are happy to take a call, to explain this further and maybe help if your search is wider than just our location. We do not want anyone feeling disappointed in our service. GoogleUrban & Rural, and especially Lesley, have been absolutely fantastic from start to finish. From our very first viewing of the house we wanted to buy, Lesley went out of her way to accommodate us, even arranging the viewing on a weekend. She has been incredibly helpful throughout the whole process, from negotiating with the seller to chasing solicitors and keeping everything moving. We managed to complete the whole process within just two months of our first viewing, and a huge part of that was down to Lesley’s commitment and support. We would highly recommend Urban & Rural to anyone, and if Lesley is handling your viewing, you can be sure you’re in great hands!

GoogleI can't praise Urban and Rural enough! Having initially appointed another agent to sell my flat, U&R approached me directly and asked for my business. I was sceptical at first, but they presented a clear, compelling plan for how they'd market and sell the property, and to their credit, secured an offer on the very first viewing. The sale itself was an arduous process, dogged by conveyancing delays outside anyone's control. Throughout, Lesley and Dave stayed on top of it, pushing things forward with a refreshingly no-nonsense approach. I couldn't be happier with U&R, worth every penny. If you're looking for an estate agent in Beds, I'd highly recommend U&R.

GoogleHad a excellent experience with Lesley from Urban & Rural. When I went to view the property, she was very welcoming, honest and had great communication skills. As a first-time buyer, I felt safe knowing this was the right choice. As the sale progressed, the conveyancing process took longer than expected and slightly stressful. Lesley was very consistent with communication, checked in regularly and kept me in the loop, letting me know what needed to be done to get to the finish line. We got there in the end! I'm so grateful and would highly recommend :)
