Had a excellent experience with Lesley from Urban & Rural. When I went to view the property, she was very welcoming, honest and had great communication skills. As a first-time buyer, I felt safe knowing this was the right choice. As the sale progressed, the conveyancing process took longer than expected and slightly stressful. Lesley was very consistent with communication, checked in regularly and kept me in the loop, letting me know what needed to be done to get to the finish line. We got there in the end! I'm so grateful and would highly recommend :)

Urban & Rural, and especially Lesley, have been absolutely fantastic from start to finish. From our very first viewing of the house we wanted to buy, Lesley went out of her way to accommodate us, even arranging the viewing on a weekend. I cannot recommend Urban & Rural in Dunstable highly enough. After months of frustrating searches and near-misses, I finally found my dream home, and the entire experience was made so much smoother by Lesley and the incredible team there. I can't praise Urban and Rural enough! Having initially appointed another agent to sell my flat, U&R approached me directly and asked for my business. I was sceptical at first, but they presented a clear, compelling plan for how they'd market and sell the property, and to their credit, secured an offer on the very first viewing. The sale itself was an arduous process, dogged by conveyancing delays outside anyone's control. Throughout, Lesley and Dave stayed on top of it, pushing things forward with a refreshingly no-nonsense approach. I couldn't be happier with U&R, worth every penny.
