Having been on the Market with another agent for 20 weeks and little to now viewings. We changed to Urban and Rural. They listened to my concerns and reassured me that they are different. We have had an awful journey with moving house, to say the least, it’s taken just under two years for us to get to here! We owe so much to our estate agent, Molly. Molly is lovely, kind and so easy to communicate with. Her communication is absolutely perfect and in her absence, Fin and Brad also made sure we were kept in the loop. Molly has chased and gone through everything in really good time for us to make sure we can eventually exchange and complete. Molly and Fin at Urban & Rural showed bungalows to my girlfriend and me with great enthusiasm. So, we decided to ask them if they could sell our house for us. We were pleasantly surprised at the valuation. The first viewers immediately offered the asking price, but could not proceed. We agreed a good price with the second viewers a week later. For the entire process, Fin kept in touch with us, guided us in our contact with the conveyancers and contacted the buyers when necessary to reassure us all on the progress of the sales process. In their efforts to go ‘above and beyond’ with the Urban & Rural level of services, Molly and Fin even agreed to be witnesses at our wedding ceremony, a week before exchange and completion. My, now, wife and I think it would be a good idea to ask the Urban & Rural Team to help you sell your house.

We have just sold our house through Urban & Rural Bletchley and the level of service from start to finish was outstanding! Brad came and did the valuation and brochure for the house & it was fantastic! Molly was our sales negotiator and came round 15 minutes early on our first viewing to have a good look around to prepare for the viewing,and from then on in with the sale she has been excellent with communication & professionalism nothing is too much trouble and gets back to you with the answers or will chase things up as needed. Molly has been absolutely fantastic, tenacious and incredibly communicative! On our first viewing, Molly knew the answers to all of our questions, even down to the smallest of details. Something we haven’t experienced with any other agent. Molly kept a constant line of communication open with us and the vendors and was always immediately available to help. I could not reccomend Urban and Rural Estate Agents, specifically Molly any higher. We would suggest that anyone selling or buying in Bletchley gives this agency a ring!! We closed in 6 weeks. A rarity but it just goes to show that with everyone on board and no hiccups, things can go very smoothly. From a very happy couple of first time buyers!

Excellent first meeting with Brad who explained everything clearly and gave us a realistic valuation followed by very promptly organising photos to be taken and getting our house on the market very quickly! We then had no shortage of viewings which was great! Excellent communication via WhatsApp regarding viewings and offers etc. It was stressful at times, as being in a chain meant often waiting on other people and their solicitors but we were so impressed with how Fin was so pro-active in chasing further up the chain, and keeping us in the loop at all times. This helped relieve some of the stress and finally got us to exchange and completion! I would definitely recommend Urban and Rural to anyone looking to sell their property :)

The whole team did a great job in supporting the sale of my property including the initial valuation and marketing during a slow period in the housing market (even securing an offer after I had officially removed the property from the market). We had a wonderful experience working with Molly during our recent house purchase with Urban & Rural (Bletchley). From the very beginning, her friendliness made the process feel accessible and comfortable. Estate agents can sometimes come across as pushy or uptight, but with Molly it felt easy and natural from the outset, which we really appreciated. One aspect we particularly valued was her proactive approach in liaising between us and the sellers. She consistently kept us informed throughout the process, which made communication smoother and helped maintain a cordial and positive relationship with the sellers, who were also exceptionally lovely. A real highlight for us was Molly’s support when an issue arose with the conveyancers attempting to overcharge us. When we reached out to her, she responded immediately and was incredibly proactive. Recently sold our house in Bletchley and we invited 4 local estate agents for valuation and to discuss why we should use them to sell our property. We thought we were satisfied with the 1st agent we saw, the 2nd and 3rd didn't compare, but we went ahead with our 4th meeting which happened to be Urban and Rural. Brad blew the others out the water, it wasn't even close. He didn't come at us with a hard sell (unlike one of the other firms), Brad just came across as very knowledgeable and trustworthy, he was confident in his local knowledge and demonstrated this well with examples of other recent sales. There was no BS, just honest opinion of our house vs others and we had a very sensible conversation about what we could expect in terms of offers. 3 of the 4 valuations we received were quite similar, with Urban and Rural anticipation a slightly higher price than the others. One agent was significantly lower and these were also the ones who were very pushy to get our business. Once we accepted an offer, the team didn't just fade away and let the conveyancer handle things, they communicated incredibly well throughout the process and were instrumental in helping things along. Our sale process was very slow and drawn out but without the help of Fin and the team I have a strong suspicion that the sale would have fallen through with a lesser agent involved. I have nothing but praise for the team at the Bletchley branch and I'm very glad we decided to sell our house with them. I've already recommended them to friends who are looking to sell as I truly believe they will give the best possible service. Huge thank you to Brad, Fin, Steve, Molly, Sam and anyone else in the team who was involved in our sale. Superb service, highly recommended!!
