GoogleWe recently sold our house with Urban + Rural Bletchley, we worked with David, Fin and Molly. They've worked really hard to secure us a quick and sucessful sale for a price we were really happy with. The sale moved very very quickly, the team had three viewings organised within the first week of listing the property, we accepted an offer on the house less than a week later. They've been very organised with communication, David set up a family WhatsApp group for us so we could keep a track of messages together, one of the team would always be on call to answer any queries we had. The listing for the house was great, it showed the property in its best light, the photography was very well done. The house was unfurnished prior to the sale so David produced some additional images for us with furniture present to give prospective buyers an idea of what the house could look like. I think the overall quality of the listing helped us to get a good number of viewings in a short space of time. The sale process itself was straightforward and the team made sure any checks and documents we needed were handled quickly. I would highly recommend Urban + Rural, they were calm, efficient and very professional and kept a potentially stressful process as smooth and easy as possible.

GoogleAm so grateful to Lesley at Urban Rural for making the house sale of my late Mum’s house go so smoothly. Initially Amanda came out to value it and I knew straight away that they were the right estate agent, so professional and friendly and she fully understood my situation. Fantastic communication with myself and Lesley constantly chased up the solicitors to avoid unnecessary delays! All the staff were amazing at keeping me updated with viewings and feedback. As I live so far away I needed to have peace of mind that everything was being looked after and it certainly was. I highly recommend!

GoogleBuying a house is alot of faffing about, but the agent Molly was there for us the whole way through, Active and diligent when stuff needed doing, and patient when we needed time on our end. Wouldn't recommend buying a house again as an experience, but if we had to id want Molly and the rest of the team with us. If there's not a gold star chart, make one and give the girl some stickers on it. And a pay rise.

GoogleA huge thank you to the whole team, and especially Lesley at Urban & Rural. Brilliant photos for the listing, great communication about viewings and excellent negotiation skills to secure a buyer! But, what you really need from an agent is someone who can help the sale progress, especially if there are hiccups during the conveyancing process. Lesley was superb at this, very knowledgeable, very responsive and extremely effective at keeping things moving. Always on hand to help, reassure and generally make things happen! Thank you :) We will 100% use them again (but hopefully not for a while!!)

After months of frustrating searches and near-misses, I finally found my dream home, and the entire experience was made so much smoother by Lesley and the incredible team there. From the very first phone call, Lesley was an absolute gem. She arranged viewings at very short notice, over the Christmas period. The communication throughout was second to none. I was kept informed at every single stage of the process, from offer acceptance right through to exchange and completion. Calls were always returned promptly, emails were answered thoroughly, and I never once felt like we were being left in the dark. So much so, that when legal complications arose with my very frustrating Solicitor, Lesley and the team the team worked tirelessly behind the scenes to keep everything on track. Their professionalism and calm under pressure genuinely saved the purchase.
