GoogleWe sold our house within 1 week!! We would like to say a very big thank you to the staff at the Newport Pagnell branch of Urban and Rural. From our very first meeting with David right through to completion, we were constantly kept up to date with how our sale was progressing. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble and Sharon was excellent at keeping the lines of communications open between the solicitors involved in the chain. FacebookExcellent service end to end! We’ve just sold our cottage in Ampthill and after disappointing service from a competitor in Ampthill we switched to U&R. We laid out our high expectations in the introductory call, we are often out of the country so needed thoughtful proactivity, excellent communication across multiple time zones and clear statements. To be honest I expected to have to poke them a few times through the process to keep to my standards but I am pleased to say that I did not need to at all. They exceeded my expectations and even went way above and beyond in popping in to the house when we were away to check on heating, post and such like. We made decorative changes part way through the sale and they had no issues coming out to take new photos and quickly updated heir sales material. EXCELLENT.
