Really bad communication, our chain changed from being chain free and they didn’t tell us, they were in no rush to push our move through before xmas. We waited 2 weeks for an email response and they didn’t even have the keys on the day of completion.

All the team at Urban and Rural in Leighton Buzzard were professional, pleasant and friendly from start to finish! They were contactable very easily and transparent with fees and processes. The team took fantastic pictures and made a brochure very quickly- our house was on the market within hours! And we got an offer in approx a month! Although our circumstances changed and we were unable to go ahead with the sale the team were more than pleasant and able to give us advice about next steps and contacted our buyer in a professional manner. They were more than understanding and we would definitely recommend them to anyone in the area! I have told many people that I couldn’t fault them and that’s true! They provided statistics and figures of viewings online and sales trends and they rang prospective buyers to arrange viewings or speak to them about our house, they were active estate agents who have worked very hard. Many thanks for making a stressful time extremely easy and many thanks for being a reassuring and professional team! :)

With-holding deposit return, check out costs that are not disclosed, £120 for a tiny flat? Poor line of communication for clients, worst rental company used this far from my experience.

I can’t speak highly enough of this estate agency - I’ve only me two agents so far (Daniel and Darren) and I was refreshingly impressed with their professionalism, honesty and friendly caring natures - definitely a cut above the rest ! I am a buyer however I would most certainly sell a property with them :-)

We sold our house within 1 week!! We would like to say a very big thank you to the staff at the Newport Pagnell branch of Urban and Rural. From our very first meeting with David right through to completion, we were constantly kept up to date with how our sale was progressing. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble and Sharon was excellent at keeping the lines of communications open between the solicitors involved in the chain.
