GoogleThank you so much to Urban and Rural, and especially to Peter for all their help in my property search and sale. They helped me sell my property, quickly and for a good price! Peter sent me properties as soon as they came on and found me my dream home! Would highly recommend their service and will use them again in the future!

FacebookOther estate agents rings after a viewing for a feedback to pass on to the seller , but this ones are more concerned about you taking the property rather than accepting an honest feedback. I felt they were too pushy and that’s a very disgraceful thing to do . One of the guys we had a house viewing with rang back , rather to ask for a feedback which other agents does , I tried giving one reason why I don’t like the property . The only response I got was “ that wasn’t why I called , are you considering the property or not “ . Obviously if we wanted it, we would have made an offer but I tried telling him why it wasn’t for us but also said what we liked about the property , but guess what ? He shut us down like our opinions didn’t matter . I was shocked beyond words . We had to blacklist the agent and swore never to buy or sell through them. Other agents rings for a feedback to pass back to the seller but urban and rural certainly needs training in that aspect . You should learn from other estate agents . I won’t be buying or selling with them no matter how much I want the house or wish to sell my house . Disgraceful and utterly shameful way to treat a potential buyer .

GoogleWe recently sold our property through The Newport Pagnell branch . All the staff were professional, friendly and communication was outstanding. After every viewing we were called the next day with feedback which was invaluable. A huge thank you to Ryan Adams were nothing was ever too much trouble. I would highly recommended this team .

GoogleWe had a great service from Urban & Rural, both Johnathan from the Newport Pagnell office and Stephen from the Bedford office where superb, we had updates every week on how things where proceeding in a very turbulent time in the housing market, so to receive regular updates every week was very reassuring for us, if I was still in the area and looking to move home again I would not hesitate in using Urban & Rural again, they are highly recommended, I would give ten stars if it was allowed. GoogleI have been using Urban and Rural Estate Agents to buy a property that was listed with them and I have to say they have been by far and away the most responsive and professional agents that I have dealt with in this process. They have tried to accommodate my requests with the home owner as quickly as possibly, they have acted as a great go between myself and them and they have been very helpful the whole way through and while I'm still waiting for the house move to go through to completion I'm not worried to write a review now. They haven't tried the hard sell but have been fair in what they have pointed out as selling points of the property, they have acted professionally throughout the restrictions with covid and helped me feel comfortable throughout. Would recommend buying or selling with them. Charlie who we have been dealing with has been fantastic.

The agent assigned to us was perpetually on annual leave and it was difficult to get a response, although the assistant was helpful when we managed to reach him. The floor plan and the description posted online of the house was inaccurate in multiple ways. On move-in day, agent said he would meet us but three hours later still hadn't shown up (luckily, the previous owner was still there and gave us the extra keys). The solicitor firm they recommended was incredibly slow and difficult to get in touch with.

Whilst it is tempting to shop for the cheapest way to sell your home, with the help of Urban and Rural, I achieved maximum price for my property which I would not have done without them. FacebookExcellent service end to end! We’ve just sold our cottage in Ampthill and after disappointing service from a competitor in Ampthill we switched to U&R. We laid out our high expectations in the introductory call, we are often out of the country so needed thoughtful proactivity, excellent communication across multiple time zones and clear statements. To be honest I expected to have to poke them a few times through the process to keep to my standards but I am pleased to say that I did not need to at all. They exceeded my expectations and even went way above and beyond in popping in to the house when we were away to check on heating, post and such like. We made decorative changes part way through the sale and they had no issues coming out to take new photos and quickly updated heir sales material. EXCELLENT.
