GoogleI brought a house that was listed with Urban and Rural and they were truly amazing from start to finish. I mainly dealt with Katy, who jumped through hoops to help, and definitely went above and beyond to get us to completion. She was always quick with responses, friendly, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Everyone else I spoke to at U&R were always super lovely too, including Darren and Ian. Overall, I would highly, highly recommend. I feel very grateful that I had Urban and Rural throughout the buying process, and wouldn’t hesitate to use them in the future.

GoogleUrban & Rural are without doubt the best estate agents I’ve ever dealt with. The main reason was Charlie Grierson. His email responses were prompt and attentive. At the viewing he was personable and trustworthy, the kind of guy you’d go to the pub with for a pint and when you come back from the WC there’s jaeger bombs on your table. He even text with details and updates about the property out of his work hours and hooked me up with a great financial advisor David Schofield who also made the scary world of finances easy for me, a modern day wizard of you ask me, let’s say he was my Gandalf but Charlie was definitely my Sam. All round really impressed and even when Charlie was off Katy picked up where he left off and handed back over to him when he was back, she was friendly and bubbly on the phone but got shiz done too. What can I say really nice people, really didn’t feel like an estate agents at all. 10 out of 10 would recommend to my friends and family.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

Google*revised edit* Shocking. Made an offer on a house last year, offer accepted. Two months later I rang them to get an update. Katy was dealing with the progression of our purchase. After numerous attempts we couldn’t reach her, We eventually found out from Daniel, that the house that we were expecting to move into imminently, had been put back on the market for OVER A MONTH and not only that but someone else had an offer accepted on the house too!!! Nobody had even told the vendors solicitors...We lost the house aswell as money spent on solicitors and our mortgage fees and the whole process caused us much stress. Their poor communication lead to this complete failure, absolutely disgusting and useless estate agents. Still waiting for an apology from Katy. There are no excuses for the service received, and no accountability taken for the fact that they sold the house we were close to exchanging on to someone else whilst we were still proceeding and failed to let us know, what more can I say.NegativeProfessionalism

GoogleIf you want an estate agents who aren't pushy and are efficient and knowledgeable , go with these guys! Urban and Rural were recommended to us by a neighbour who had recently sold through them and we are honestly so happy that we're on the market with them. They are such a professional team who are proactive, friendly and genuinely care about their vendors. We've mainly dealt with Charlie who is a brilliant sales person, very approachable and communicates very well with both ourselves and with the potential buyers. Nothing is too much hassle for the team, they are frequently on the phones trying to find new buyers and update us every step of the way. GoogleUrban & Rural in Newport Pagnell did an amazing job selling my 2 bed flat in Fenny Stratford. After being told by another estate agent that it would only be investors interested in my type of property, and then failing to get one viewing in two months, I switched to Urban & Rural who found me a first time buyer (and numerous other viewings) within weeks of it being on the market with them. Would highly recommend them, especially Daniel, who was really helpful and professional throughout the whole process.

GoogleI have recently completed my purchase through the Newport Pagnell branch, it was speedy, efficient and I would highly recommend using their services. I also used their recommended mortgage broker Paul who got me a good deal, and their solicitors too who had great communication, along with Steven and Jonathan the owners of the branch. Peter found me my perfect home after a few months of keeping me up to date with new properties coming to market too so I’m very thankful to him! Would highly recommend the team! They also helped my Mum sell her property after her dealings with other agents not being good at all, so I’m grateful for all they have done for my family!

FacebookAbsolutely Unreliable, Avoid at All Costs! We have had a deeply frustrating and awful experience with this estate agent. Our house sale fell through just two weeks before our proposed move date due to their failure to properly qualify the buyer at the bottom of the chain. We were led to believe they were cash buyers and investors, only to discover the day before our planned exchange that they were not able to proceed and lacked the necessary funds. What’s worse, the agents have been unresponsive and evasive throughout this process, showing a complete lack of professionalism and urgency in resolving the issue. It’s clear they do not prioritise their clients' interests. I strongly advise anyone considering their services to look elsewhere. The stress and disappointment caused by this agency are simply not worth it.

GoogleWe sold our house within 1 week!! We would like to say a very big thank you to the staff at the Newport Pagnell branch of Urban and Rural. From our very first meeting with David right through to completion, we were constantly kept up to date with how our sale was progressing. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble and Sharon was excellent at keeping the lines of communications open between the solicitors involved in the chain. GoogleI’ve recently sold a property throu urban and rural ( Newport pagnell) was a last attempt as I’ve been let down by other companies, so was abit dubious 🤔 But say I was extremely satisfied is an understatement. Dealt with a guy called PETER Hall . He was attentive and professional but most of all he listened which the other seem to be incapable off😡would highly recommend x
