We signed with Urban & Rural for the sale of our house in Wing, and we want to share a top review of them. We have moved a lot between us, and have had some good and some really bad experiences with previous agents. Urban & Rural provided an excellent service. They tailored the service to our needs, for instance I have no interest in looking through the marketing data, and was happy with the service. They respected this and kept that kind of communication to a minimum. With many estate agents you have to wait for a call back from the person you are aligned with. This can be time consuming, and frustrating. Urban & Rural use a model where communication is spot on. They created a Whatsapp Group, which did two great things. It meant that you weren't just aligned with one member of the team. They all knew who you were and could see the sale journey, and we got to know them all. It also meant that someone always answered us really promptly. Where we both have busy lives it was perfect. At times I was working away from home and my partner and I even added comments back and forth to each other within that chat to allow the Team to move on actions immediately. It made the whole process much more efficient and limited interruptions for us during our working day. We actually had a problem where our first purchase fell through, and the Team at U&R did everything they could to stop that side failing by reaching out to the other agent. Selling property can be really stressful and having that proactive support from your agent is really essential. To the whole Team at Leighton Buzzard - thank you so much once again for everything you did and how hard you worked for us. You are a great example of how house selling should be managed.

Urban & Rural are without doubt the best estate agents I’ve ever dealt with. The main reason was Charlie Grierson. His email responses were prompt and attentive. At the viewing he was personable and trustworthy, the kind of guy you’d go to the pub with for a pint and when you come back from the WC there’s jaeger bombs on your table. He even text with details and updates about the property out of his work hours and hooked me up with a great financial advisor David Schofield who also made the scary world of finances easy for me, a modern day wizard of you ask me, let’s say he was my Gandalf but Charlie was definitely my Sam. All round really impressed and even when Charlie was off Katy picked up where he left off and handed back over to him when he was back, she was friendly and bubbly on the phone but got shiz done too.
