I brought a house that was listed with Urban and Rural and they were truly amazing from start to finish. I mainly dealt with Katy, who jumped through hoops to help, and definitely went above and beyond to get us to completion. I have been really impressed by this U&R team of very helpful and personable professionals at all levels. They have always responded quickly and efficiently throughout my rather complicated sales process as there were complications from the buyer's side which made it a bit of a prolonged rollercoaster ride. On completion day I found myself under massive time pressure to get everything moved out on time. That was my miscalculation. Experience of a tenant with Urban & Rural

As a tenant we found Urban & Rural to be no more than a post box to the landlord of the property.When we vacated the property Urban & Rural had lost our initial conditions survey and itinerary, a sign of a business without any of kind process.The service we received felt more like a messaging service from our landlord than a business with any kind of procedure for managing tenant landlord relationships.Our tenancy ended 11 weeks to the day of writing, Urban & Rural to date have not been able to manage the return of our deposit payment.Unfortunately tenants do not have a choice in who manages the property they rent. With Urban & Rural just ensure you’re expectations in terms of support with even minor challenges are not to high.
