I choose the flat which I liked, than with the help of Adriana I went through the documents which I need to provide for the flat. But unfortunately during the intervention I had a problem with the reference and I lost the patience, but with Adriana's help I managed to have everything. Thanks to Adriana

View AgentsUnexpected surprise
After 5 weeks of searching with so many different Estate Agents and so many different houses, we finally found the place that really match our needs. Unlike others,Thorgills knows to listen what we want and does not make us loose our time. Plus they explain everything very carefully, so that we understand all legal procedures. Im really happy and impressed with this Agency.

View AgentsVery nice and kind person to get advice in renting a property
She followed me in producing all the documents needed to rent the property I was looking for and, despite my linguistic disadvantage, she was really patient and cooperative in suggesting all the step I had to do to to rent the property asap. Thank you!

View AgentsMust improve communication
Leon has been professional, friendly and kind during our search for a property to rent and would recommend him. We were in a position where could be rejected for referencing but ready to make a decision in favour of one of the properties he presented. One of the reasons that stopped us was the promise for a call within the same day with further information and possible solutions to our problem, which unfortunately arrived three days later. We suggest him to improve this area and are sure that will get a well deserved five stars.

Thanks for your feedback and we’re sorry you feel this way. May I point out that you had signed a reservation fee letter which clearly outlines that should you withdraw your offer after acceptance you would lose your holding deposit. The property had been taken off the market and referencing had already started, we have spoken to the landlord however and have reached an agreement which we hope you find acceptable, we will be in touch with you to discuss this.

View AgentsTomek Cole - truly an asset to Thorgills
I found Tomek to be incredibly professional, welcoming and a head above all other agents that I met. Unfortunately, I was unable to find the right property for me with Thorgills but this was not a reflection of Tomek in any way. I would have loved to have signed and agreed a tenancy with Tomeks assistance and I truly felt comfortable and at ease with him during our communication and viewings. I would really like to say the biggest THANK YOU to Tomek and I will be recommending him in the future.
