We had a brilliant experience of using Thorgills to find our first flat! When we turned up to view a property we were greeted by a friendly, knowledgable and engaging agent, Andrew. He showed us around the property and was able to answer all our questions. They made the paperwork process easy and we had our offer accepted the very same day. Since we have moved in the follow up has been supportive and when problems have cropped up they have been solved in 24 hours. We'd highly recommend Thorgills to anyone!

Where do I even begin. Never contact you once you've paid them money. Always have to be chased. Staff are young and have no knowledge of the properties they are 'managing', meaning they are unable to answer even the simplest of questions. Accused us of giving false guarantor information when it was an administration mistake on their end. Tried to force us to have a 'lead tenant' and one guarantor between 4 tenants which was ridiculous. To top it all off, 11 days before our move in date, the first time they contacted the landlord we later found out despite having made the offer 3 months ago, the landlord withdrew from the process and they charged us £200 and said there was nothing they could do for us. We also found the property we were meant to be renting listed elsewhere a month after we'd signed our contract.. Avoid them like the plague.

Valentino was kind enough to show us a flat, that was past the branches closing time. Very professional & friendly whilst showing us round and informative about any questions we had. After viewing the flat, we wanted to make an offer straightaway, which he had no problems sorting out, getting all the paperwork successfully set up without delay. He gave us clear explanations about the details of the fees, how much was to be paid and by what date.before our moving in date. Would definitely recommended him to anyone looking for a place to rent.

I had visited numerous estate agents before coming to Thorgills but they were the only ones that I felt really listened to my requirements, and found a range of properties all of which would have been suitable, saving me a lot of hassle. They weren't pushy at all which was great; I need time to think through a decision rather than feel forced into it! Every member of the team that I encountered was friendly and knowledgeable, would definitely use again.

Words cannot describe how thankful we are for his help. I'm moving to the uk from the U.S.A, and believe me it was not an easy task. Tomek was super helpful, he took the time to help us with our needs and found a place that fitted our budget perfectly. -Very good in terms of everything, the agents i worked with are incredible, they have checked up on me on daily basis to see whether i a) made my mind up about a property i viewed or b) if they found another property that is suitable for me and c) kept me updated with the whole process. I worked with 3 different branches , Brentford,Southall and Isleworth and they were all professional and very easy to get along with, they didnt push me or force me into anything i didnt like or had a bad feeling about, i was controlling the whole house hunt and they helped me along the way, there is nothing bad to say about them.
