Leon was very well prepared for the round of viewings, knowing our requirements and based upon that put a tour with selection of apartments that suited our needs. Our property search lasted a grand total of 18 hours. Showed us two properties (that were both suitable) within a few hours of being instructed, offered, accepted, done. The way finding a new property should be, stuck to my brief, didn't send or show any properties that weren't within that brief. Basically a pleasure to deal with. It's a shame there aren't more estate agents out there like this. Supports Arsenal, but no one is perfect. :) Thanks Regan.

He was very knowledgeable about all the properties we looked at, he offered helpful advice and recommendations, and we felt that he had our best interests at heart. We actually took a property with another Thorgills branch, but Leon was more than happy to show us around his properties again for the benefit of my partner who was absent the first time around, despite us being quite far along on finalising the lease with the other branch. I identified a property that I was keen to secure as a tenant and Karim helped to secure this property with minimum of fuss, despite the fact that he should have been on holday. His handover to his colleague to complete the paperwork was well communicated so that completion was done in an efficient and timely way.
