Regan was extremely helpful from the outset, from showing us round to organising a meeting with the landlord. He always maintained contact and kept us up to date. As having recently arrived from Australia, I didn't know what to expect when looking for a place to live in London. I was pleasantly surprised with the whole experience as within day 1 I found the ideal place after being shown a few places with different agents from Thorgills. I have to say that Zak went above and beyond throughout the whole process and I would without hesitation recommend Thorgills and in particular Zak for the excellent level of customer service provided.

Aaron is a brilliant example of what an estate/ letting agent should be. He not only noted my needs, he went the extra mile in making sure he did everything possible to help me in my search for a flat to rent. I didn't end up choosing to go through an estate/ letting agency preferring to deal directly with landlords myself. I'm leaving this feedback because if you're trying to decide which agent to trust; especially someone that cares about your experience, Aaron is your man!
