GoogleI'm a tenant. As representatives of the landlord they do a good job making sure issues are addressed. Most recently Abbie Lomo Dash helped us with a washing machine that packed up. A brand new one was installed promptly. You can't ask for more.

GoogleAs a landlord experience has taught me that the person handling my property can make such an enormous difference. Abbie Lomo-Dash is that person. She is on top of any issue before you can even say Urgent! I get first class quotes, daily updates (sometimes many mails a day in the middle of a big project), and all with a smile. Just today I was ready and expecting to pay for a repair only to be informed by Abbie that she has persuaded the tenants to pay 100% of the costs. I almost get the feeling that she is a part owner in the property! How rare is this feeling of partnership today, and it's very important for me to have as this flat is my most important investment.

GoogleVery happy about the service, I am constantly in touch with Abbie (Abbie Lomo-Dash) whenever there is a problem in the property, and she always responds promptly. I specifically talk about her as I've known her for quite a while, ever since when my property was managed by someone else, and she was always there helping. Other members of staff have been great too.

We have had a tricky water leak during the last few weeks at our let property and she has been extremely proactive and helpful in helping us reach resolution. Communication is always very timely and she is very reliable. Communication with us and the tenants is spot on. Having been a landlord for many years I have had the very incompetent property managers however Louis has proven to be the complete opposite. Extremely helpful, patient and always in contact! GoogleA big thank you to Ryan and the Brentford team who helped us throughout the sale of our flat. They gave the flat a competitive, but realistic valuation and were quick to ensure it got to market with great photos. They were always on the end of the phone if ever we had any questions, and we were particularly grateful how proactive and solution focused they were when our first buyer pulled out. We got another buyer within days which allowed us to proceed with the move and not break the chain. They are slightly more expensive compared to other agents but we feel extremely worth the money given the excellent customer service from start to finish. We would 100% recommend them.

GoogleI have not received my holding deposit after the landlord's decision not to rent the property just on the day of signing the contract. I have been requesting the release of my holding deposit from this agency for over three weeks now. They simply ignore returning my phone calls and responding to my emails. Very unpleasant experience.
