GoogleI had a bad Polish tenant that left my house in a mess and then refused to let the deposit be released to me to rebate the costs of replacement. Hafeeza at Thorgills acted very calmly and professionally throughout and in the end I received the £3k deposit reimbursement I required.

Haffeeza has been so helpful and friendly when dealing with my many questions via email and phone. She has been available whenever I needed and quick to respond so I am very pleased with the service I have received.
