GoogleThey do not abide by the contract. Waited 4 weeks for deposit to be returned (still waiting!). They claim they are undergoing CRM change and have not paid deposit that should have been paid within 10 day’s of receiving landlords confirmation. If you are a landlord think twice as they also made landlords wait for their rent payments.
Do not trust these agents with your properties or your money.

GoogleThis company does not uphold its contractual obligations. My deposit was supposed to be returned within 10 days of the landlord’s confirmation, yet after four weeks, I’m still waiting.
On top, their communication has been consistently poor and overly defensive, especially when they repeatedly failed to provide updates.
I would not buy/rent another property through them again.

They did do proper credit checks on tenant, stating its not there responsibility but they used a credit reference agency that did check properly at all. Stay away from these cowboys.
