GoogleI have to say Graeme and his team were very friendly and professional as acting agent for the property we have just secured. Curve balls often happen with chains but prompt replies from Thomas Merrifield helped us in this process. Well done and thanks again

GoogleSelling a property in the UK can be a nightmare, but doing it whilst living in Australia is twice as difficult... Without the the help of Graeme Pierce I think I would be in the loony bin. From the valuation way back in March right up to completion at the 11th hour before Christmas he has been doing way more than any agent should have to, dealing with the old tenant, chasing solicitors, reading meters and even braving minus ridiculous temperatures to personally check on our empty flat whilst keeping us informed all the time and with an 8 hour time difference in mind. Graeme, if you ever come to Perth, give me a call .. I'm buying the beers!!

GoogleA great, supportive, friendly agency! Special thank you to Graeme, who supported us to buy our first home, it become a challenging journey at the end but throughout the process the communication was excellent and supported us with any queries we had.

GoogleFirst-rate experience of Julian and team at Thomas Merrifield. I was the buyer rather than the seller, and moving in from out of area. The process became quite protracted, but Julian was totally reliable, always in communication, and kept cool and calm in some very tricky situations. I was very glad to be dealing with Julian and the TM team, and won't hesitate to use them when I come to sell on my flat in due course.

GoogleI used Thomas Merrifield Kidlington to purchase property, the team is very professional and helpful, they did everything to make sure things go very smooth from the point of viewing the property and all the way up-to completion, communicating and coordinating with all parties. Thank you Graeme, Jan & Lisa for making the home buying process as smooth as possible.

GoogleExcellent service. Graeme was conscientious, reliable, sympathetic and reassuring when needed. He worked hard, kept us up to date, offered good advice and was helpful at every turn, from the start of the selling process to the final sale. Thank you again, Graeme!

GoogleStaff very friendly and committed. Pulled out all the stops to ensure a good deal for us as sellers. Possibly the house was overpriced when we originally put it on the market, but they stuck with us over the long haul. Particular thanks to Graeme who did a fantastic job!

GoogleI found the whole experience from initial valuation right through to final sale to be superbly professional, not just from Graeme but the entire team at Thomas Merrifield. From realistic, sensible, achievable valuation, following up buyers right through to completion. Despite me being away from the property, Thomas Merrifield were happy to go the extra mile and take care of everything in my absence. If you are buying or selling in the area, I couldn't recommend TM highly enough.

GoogleFrom start to finish Clint Lonergan and Graeme Pierce listened to how I wanted to handle my sale and purchase process and respected my wishes. It was not a straightforward process and they had to wait a long time for their fee. Nonetheless, they remained responsive, supportive and never applied pressure at any stage. I was very impressed by the service, especially from Graeme who oversaw the majority of the process. I couldn't recommend them more.

GoogleGraeme was excellent to deal with. I hadn't purchased a property in the UK before, so it was all a bit unknown to me. Graeme was very helpful, supportive and quick in his responses to my questions. I would have no hesitation in recommending him

GoogleWe had two estate agents in to value mums house, Graeme stood out a mile, his market knowledge, clear thinking and concise attitude put us at ease. With 47 years in the same house and so many memories, it was always going to be a difficult move for my mum, Graeme treated her with total empathy, being a keen gardener, he was able to share his passion to ease mums anxiety while we chatted. His valuation was spot on, we quickly and easily went from valuation to sale, meaning mum did not have a long, anxious, drawn out process. I can not recommend Graeme and his team enough, having dealt with many estate agents on both sides of the process, they stood out a mile. Thank you Graeme and team, mum is happily settled in with us and we are looking forward to many days gardening together xxx

GoogleMy partner and I have used the services of the lettings team in Oxford to rent out our property, and have had nothing but a great experience with them. They always find pleasant tenants and quickly too, which ensures we don’t have any void periods. Very knowledgable, professional and supportive. Will never use anybody else to rent our properties!

FacebookSwitched my trading to Mrs. Patience Adamson some months ago after going through a lot of losses , I invested with her and let her manage my account. I was so impressed with the service and I switched brokers to them. So far, I invested $1500 and Earned $10,550 After 7days of investing and I’m getting used to their platform. I'm happy to continue trading with Mrs. Patience and i promised myself that i'd share this testimony if it came true. which eventually came through. She is the best broker I would commend for anyone at the moment. You can also contact her if you have plans on investing in Bitcoin Email: patienceadamson494@gmail.com WhatsApp: +1 (323) 628-6419
