GoogleMy experience of Graeme Pearce and the people at Thomas Merrifield was undoubtably five star. Graeme did a faultless job when selling of my Kidlington Property. From the first meeting Graeme was the consummate professional. Graeme's understanding of the property market enabled him to present his valuation supported by a portfolio of sold and unsold properties. Graeme was totally honest with buyers and myself when offers were received. Then when the sale appeared to be faltering Graeme stepped in and managed all parties to a successful completion. I unreservedly recommend Graeme Pearce at Thomas Merrifield.

GoogleWe were honestly delighted with the exceptional service we were given by Thomas Merrifield. Through no fault of theirs, our transaction turned out to be extremely challenging, but Lisa J in particular gave us an outstanding level of assistance and support throughout the long and arduous process, having worked superbly for us in the first place to find us a buyer. Their professionalism, courtesy and diligence simply could not be faulted and we are genuinely grateful to them for all their efforts. We strongly recommend them without any hesitation.

GoogleWe chose Thomas Merrifield after meeting Graeme for an initial discussion. His obvious experience made us feel very confident that we were in good hands. The whole sales process went very smoothly from start to finish. We then dealt with his colleague Lisa from the viewings through to completion. She was extremely professional and very good at communicating and keeping us up to date throughout. Thomas Merrifield are a very good team who I would not hesitate to recommend if you are selling your property.

GoogleIf there were more than 5 stars David would have got them. From the start of the marketing through to the completion David was on top of it. He gave us regular updates, responded quickly to our queries, called and emailed when he said he would and provided support through what is, frankly, a stressful process. He was pro-active in finding out what was happening with the other sales in our chain, which was very reassuring. He balances being thoroughly professional and very approachable and it evident he is very passionate and dedicated in his work and to provide the best he can for both the buyer and seller. Additionally we spoke to other members of the branch who were also professional and helpful. I've already recommended David to my friend.

GoogleAndrew and his residential sales team at the Abingdon branch were absolutely stellar during the purchase of our first home. They were organised, communicative and supportive, and kept us in the loop throughout the transaction. They took all our queries to the seller and helped to resolve a number of issues, enabling us to complete in less than two months! Would highly recommend their services.
