GoogleWe bought and sold a house with Thomas Merrifield and they were brilliant. They got us plenty of viewings on our property and a good price. They also showed us around several great properties and helped us negotiate an excellent deal on our dream house. They communicated on all key issues in a timely manner and were very helpful in a long chain. They recommended an excellent solicitor too. I would strongly recommend them to anyone thinking of buying or selling.

There were several viewings within days of the property being put on the market resulting in a number of offers and an agreed sale at the asking price. They kept me fully informed at all times and always responded to queries and messages extremely quickly. They also recommended a very good solicitor. An excellent service all round - thank you!

GoogleWhat an absolutely bunch of lying people in this company, I phoned to make a booking to view a property. They told me to ring the next day. I ring the next day and they then tell me the properties fully booked for viewings. absolutely scum of the Earth, why waste peoples time. Stick it where the sun don’t shine. I’ll take my money elsewhere

Then thanks to all the ladies who arranged the viewings and gave me feedback a few days later. I was selling a house as part of the execution of a will while living some distance away, but Graeme and his team ensured that the whole process went very smoothly. At my initial meeting with Graeme, he clearly demonstrated his knowledge and experience of the local property market and at no point during what was quite a difficult and protracted sale process did I ever doubt that I had chosen the best agent to handle the property sale. Graeme and Lisa handled the viewings superbly and once a buyer was found, they were very attentive in ensuring a rather slow chain of transactions proceeded to a successful exchange. On several occasions Graeme went far beyond what could be reasonably expected to help me with various issues that arose relating to the property. I am very grateful to all the staff at Thomas Merrifield Kidlington and would have no hesitation in recommending this agent.
