GoogleStags Exeter (Lettings) have been managing my property now for 7 years & I am still impressed with the team, their knowledge & professionalism in addition to the caring approach they take. I purchased the property through Stags Exeter (Sales) & they too were excellent however the lettings team has on many occasions gone above & beyond. There have been new additions over the years yet the level of service & communication continues to be fantastic. I always know who to speak to; wether it be the jubilant Jackie, positive Polly or tremendous Tess & enjoy the ensuing witty repartee & the expert advice offered. I do hope to continue working with them for many years to come. In terms of visiting the office; parking on Southernhay is possible but not guaranteed, Princesshay isn’t a long walk. Steps up into the office.

James and Lauren were professional and detailed from the start and throughout our transaction. We secured a large number of viewings from an impressive set of marketing particulars, concluding our sale within weeks. I would thoroughly recommend them for any house sale in this part of the South Hams.

GoogleI highly recommend the professional team at Stags in Dulverton. I was responsible for an estate sale dealing remotely with a potential buyer in challenging circumstances. The help I received from Alexandra and Hilda at Stags was greatly appreciated and on a few occasions well beyond what I might have expected. Once the decision was made to re-market the property, a new buyer was found and the sale was concluded within weeks. Thanks to all involved.

The brochures produced were of the highest quality, the viewings were arranged effectively and efficiently and the property was sold in a matter of weeks. They managed to secure a deal well in excess of the guide price. They were excellent at keeping me informed throughout what is a stressful process and were always quick to return my calls. So a huge thank you to all the team at Stags Bridport for all your hard work and expertise. GoogleWe just completed on a sale in Bridport and chose Stags as we had bought our house with Martin Bowen-Ashwin previously and had been very impressed with all the help and support he had given us. The experience this time was equally impressive with the whole team in the office being very friendly, knowledgeable and offering help whenever needed. Communication was excellent - someone always available on the phone and very quick responses to emails. Stags provide someone to show prospective buyers around your house and our experience was that this was always done very well. Martin chased every aspect of the sale up regularly and updated us. Everything went very smoothly from start to finish. We have experience of several estate agents from previous moves and from our purchase on this occasion. None come even close to the quality of Stags. We just can't praise them highly enough and wish every estate agent could be as good.

GoogleThe whole team at Stags, Okehampton, exceed expectations at every turn. For our purchase in Dec 2021 Stags were representing our vendor not us, and yet the service they provided to us as well far exceeded everyone else in the chain! We would not hesitate to use or recommend Stags in the future. We had the most contact with Linda, who was the consummate professional and, quite frankly, held the chain together at crucial moments. Her attention to detail, good humour and kindness were phenomenal. On occasion we had contact with other members of the team who were equally fantastic and all seamless in their handovers meaning that at any given point the team provided joined up support no matter who you spoke to. We really could not sing their praises enough!
