GoogleI was not happy with my dealings/communications with one of the members of the staff here. Strongly think he forgot thst I was a prospect buyer and therefore a customer regardless of who his client was. He got a little carried away justifying his point and I had to cut our communication shorter than I would have liked.

GoogleAVOID. I have just had the worst experience with Stags and their field agents. The arrogant and aggressive nature of the person we were dealing with made us leave the viewing immediately. The agent spoke to us disrespectfully and with an attitude that bordered on villainous. If you choose to deal with them on a sale or purchase be ready for frustration beyond even the most vivid immagination.

GoogleThe best agents I have ever dealt with (and I have moved many times). Ed and Caroline sold our home and holiday complex. They were incredibly knowledgeable about commercial properties and helped us navigate a demanding and stressful sale with utmost professionalism (and a touch of counselling on the side). I can't recommend Stags more highly. I have never had such a proactive team looking after and progressing a sale. Thank you!

GoogleThe photos that Stags uses when listing houses are very misleading, in my experience. Houses with damage (huge wall cracks, stained and threadbare carpet, etc.) are not visible in the photos but eminently apparent in person. They also tend to price their properties on the very high end of the spectrum. In a hot market, this works, but in a cool market it means they're pricing too high and properties don't actually sell. Staff at Stags are really good, friendly and knowledgeable, so that's one plus. I'm not sure I would list a property with them though, as the risk of turning off buyers with the misleading photos and very high prices would dissuade me.
