GoogleGreat at creating interesting in our property when it went live on the market. The progress team were very helpful as things were nearing exchange as they had more contact with the buyers side so we could know what was going on. Very quick responses and informative with queries.

GoogleI had such a great experience with Robinson Jackson, from putting my property on the market to completing. Byron and the rest of the team in the office were great at finding a buyer and negotiating a good price. I then dealt with Saphire who was nothing short of EXCEPTIONAL! She is so passionate about her job and treating every client like they are the only client she has. She was so proactive at sorting any issues in the chain. I would highly recommend working with Robinson Jackson (and I've dealt with a few in my time). Thank you!

GoogleI recently rented a property from Robinson Jackson. The property is a 2 bedroomed house in Plumstead SE18 1PZ. When I moved in the property had not been cleaned. There were many dead flies, mould and the previous tenants belongings. The landlord is refusing the send a cleaner round to clean the filth. I am disgusted, I have rented several properties and not once have I been treated with such low regard and I have never entered a proprty to find such dirt. Clearly Robsinson Jackson and the landlord only care about the money, as they are more than happy for my 5 year old daughter to live is such filthy circumstances. I am paying £1600 rent a month, yet the landlord refused to pay for a cleaner... I would advise everyone to stay away from this property, and I will be leaving as soon as my break clause permits me to do so.

GoogleWe have had 2 viewings with Linley so far and below are for us what stand out with Linley. 1. Comms absolutely on the money. Easy access and prompt communication. 2. She takes a genuine interest in your requirements and goes out of way to find properties that match your requirements. Doesn’t feel as if she’s pitching a product as is generally the case with Estate Agents. 3. Viewings with her don’t feel like a waste of time. Both the viewings we’ve had thus far we’ve really had to scratch our heads. 4. When we eventually do find our property I have no doubt it will be a property she has shown us.

GoogleA key part of the estate agent's service is the sales progressor - I would caution against choosing a firm that does not have someone dedicated to this. Our progressor on this transaction was Saphire - she made a huge difference. Very responsive, and great at communicating up and down the chain. She also helped us navigate some of the trickier negotiation points. Thank you Saphire!

GoogleSteve (Dartford Branch) and his Dartford Branch Team were amazing. My property was up for sale from November 2022 and promised to be sold by January 2023, with a local highly advertised company. The property remained unsold at the end of May 23. I accepted an offer after 10 days with advertising with Robinson Jackson (Dartford) on the market, and completed 2 months later. Thank you to Steve and all at the Dartford Branch. The completion team were unhelpful (I have to be honest), for the fee received. I had promised return calls and updates that never happened, emails ignored and the main point of call go on leave for 10 days with no notice, but I do understand everyone deserves a break (however other colleagues ignored my emails and calls). I updated my solicitor regularly as there was very little progress report from the completion team (Ebbsfleet). However, between myself, Steve, the Dartford Branch and my solicitor! We did it in 2 months. Thank you so much Steve and your team, I wished I could give you 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️
