GoogleDecided to go with robinson and Jackson at belvedere. George the sales person came round viewed and priced up our property he said I can sell it in a week. Well he actually sold it within 48 hours. Also there was no hidden fees wich I was dubious but nope no hidden fees. An honest estate agent. Sharon in office also was brilliant with helping with all the paperwork. Couldn't of done it without there help. Nothing was to much trouble. Exceptional service. Thankyou so much to all the team at Robinson and Jackson at belvedere. Peter and Sonia eastwood.

GoogleHaving tried to sell our flat previously with another agent and purchasing through Robinson Jackson I was very impressed with their pro-activness and helpfulness. When we wanted to relist we came to Robinson jackson and immediately fell in love with both Nat and Andy who had done everything they could to enable a smooth and easy sale of our property. If I ever sell again I will not go anywhere else! Thanks nat, Andy, Harry and Sam for all your help! Thanks for being so friendly also! :-)

GoogleAwful experience, staff (Carol can't Cope and Ben)have little idea of how estate agency works and barely offered any customer service. Definitely wouldn't recommend, there's better estate agents in Dartford. Still waiting for a response from the owner John Browning regarding my complaints!!!

GoogleI cannot in any way, shape or form tell you how amazing, professional and understanding the guys at the Blackfen branch are. I live in Norway and having to sell my mums flat after her passing I thought would be a stressful and challenging time. The team did everything they could to make this as smooth as possible. GoogleWhat can I say, the staff have been amazing special mention to Andy, Sam & Lauren and all the staff at the Blackfen office, who have guided me through every stage of the selling and buying process, they have gone above and beyond especially when dealing with Solicitors. It's brilliant to have a team who can be the middle man between the buyer, seller and all the solicitors and for me this team have helped with my stress levels by being honest and upfront at all stages of the process. GoogleFirst class experience from start to finish! Scott at the Welling office has been so efficient and easy to deal with, listened exactly to what we wanted then implemented it to the letter. Yes it obviously helped he found a buyer within 4 days, but the speed he got the property on the market (36 hours) when one of his close competitors took 10 days showed me how professional he was. He knew we were very unhappy with our previous agent and just talking to him I felt confident that he was our most realistic hope of reaching a sale in today's market. The Sales Progression Team took over, said they would keep in touch weekly which they have and this has now resulted in completion after only 6 weeks!! Well done to you guys too. If you are buying or selling in Welling I cannot recommend Robinson Jackson highly enough. Once again thanks for everything.

GoogleThe process from viewing till we had the contract exchanged was very smooth and unexpectedly very quick. The staffs at Robinson Jackson( Scott and colleagues) and the solicitors( Cook Taylor and Woodhouse- Zara Wilkins), mortgage advisor( Nick) were fantastic in facilitating all the processes till the contract exchange. Very satisfied and would definitely recommend highly.

I'm a first time buyer and the team were on hand to make the process as smooth as possible for me and my partner, always ready to answer questions, great communication with prompt replies and helped guide us through the process. Andy & Harry were a great first point of contact and helped negotiate the purchase price with the seller. From there, Sam and the progression team were very helpful in getting questions answered from the seller as well as continuously following up and chasing when necessary to ensure the purchase went through as quickly as possible. GoogleBig thanks to Michelle and her team at Robinson Jackson Swanley who have just recently sold our property which only took seven weeks to complete from the stage of accepted offer. We were most impressed by their attention to detail, communication and knowledge of the market and local area. If you are looking to buy, sell or rent in the Swanley and surrounding areas then head to these guys as they have been in the area for decades and know the area like the back of their hands.

GoogleWe attempted to buy a semi-detached house in Bexleyheath via this branch a few years ago but it transpired that the property had three leases on it. After some duff advice from an employee from this estate agency we lost £££ and were forced to pull out. We then made a formal complaint about this Branch's professional standards to Bexley Trading Standards. *This happened in 2003 - I honestly cannot imagine this company has improved whatsoever since then. I don't write fake reviews.* Avoid at all costs.
