The team at the Belvedere office are simply EXCEPTIONAL (George, Charlie, Sharon and Amanda). The sale process was seamless as everything from start to finish was handled entirely by the Robinson Jackson Belvedere team. We attempted to buy a semi-detached house in Bexleyheath via this branch a few years ago but it transpired that the property had three leases on it. After some duff advice from an employee from this estate agency we lost £££ and were forced to pull out. We then made a formal complaint about this Branch's professional standards to Bexley Trading Standards. *This happened in 2003 - I honestly cannot imagine this company has improved whatsoever since then. I don't write fake reviews.* Avoid at all costs.

I was impressed how quickly I received offers for the house & from then on the support was above & beyond my expectations. I had assumed once the offer was accepted, they would leave the solicitors to take over with me having to do any chasing myself. This was not the case at all. I was very grateful to receive weekly (sometimes more) updates from R&J & any queries I had were dealt with quickly & efficiently in a friendly manner. We chose Robinson jackson because a family friend highly recommended them. From the first initial conversation i knew i had every faith in them. Very professional and certainly know their stuff. I prefer the estate agents that work on commission rather than a flat fee as you know they will get the most for your property. As our property is currently rented we wanted to disturb the tenets as less as possible and was reassured by Nick that they only will show buyers round that already have a mortgage in principle in place and proof of deposit. Basically no time wasters.Nick was quick at getting it vauled and taking the pictures. He advised us we needed an indate epc and the next day his guy Andy was round there. Within a week of our conversation our property is on the market. Highly recommend robinson & Jackson (dartford branch in particular) and Nick for being so responsive, professional yet approachable and knowledgeable. 5*

Staff were v efficient and we had offers within a week, I remember stupidly thinking 'wow they didn't do alot for the fee, the house sold itself' but that wasnt the case... not foreseeing the buyer seller issues that were to occur over the next couple of months . So glad we put our trust in R&J, the sales progress team overcome everything which was only possible with their dedicated team tapping into their vast knowledge & experience, they definitely earnt their money, but it never felt like just a sale, they had a personal touch which was very reassuring.

It is so sad that the Sales Office team at the Swanley Branch are let down by a rather sleepy Ebbsfleet Sales Progression Team. Marketing and sales was well handled by Gemma, Zack, Michelle and Matthew. The problems only started when the process was handed over to the Ebbsfleet Sales Progression Team. I chased many times trying to get updates as to why things were not progressing and they would only follow up with the buyers when I made enquiries. I never had confidence that the Ebbsfleet Sales Progression Team were proactively on top things. When I eventually gave up hearing over and over that the buyer’s were just waiting for their mortgage to be approved, I got on the phone to the Sales Progression Team who after four months exclaimed in a quite surprised tone “I don’t know what’s going on, they haven’t even got their mortgage approved yet!!” I do have some doubts about the robustness of the vetting of the buyers who we were advised had their mortgage offer and deposit in place. To improve things I would keep the sales process ownership with the Swanley Office, as the Ebbsfleet Sales Progression Team did not in my case ‘progress’ anything . Finally when I explained that I would be marketing the property afresh with a new competitor agent, no attempt was made to keep my business. I would have expected a call to say that they could re-market the property quicker than going with another agent, or that they had other interested leads on their books, or that they could go back out to the other parties who had also made offers, etc. but there was no such attempt. That really surprised me. To summarise, Senior Management need to look at the sales handover process of their business, as I suspect it is costing the branch teams dear. Thanks to the Swanley Sales Office Team for all their work though.
