GoogleWe recently sold our house through the Dartford branch. They offered excellent service. The manager Ben was really down earth and easy to talk to. All of the guys especially Alfie were really good. Alfie sold our house and was always available to talk to and kept us up to date. They were very professional and it went so smoothly. They really all worked as a team. We also dealt with Carol C who progressed the sale and she was brilliant too. She kept us informed and was very easy to talk to. GoogleRobinson Jackson acted on the sale of our property. They were excellent from start to finish - immediately from the initial valuation meeting we knew that Robinson Jackson were the right agent for us. Honest, no pressure sales and support even during the process prior to formally going to market. The whole team were responsive and professional. Particularly relevant during the pre-exchange and completion phases there was good communication with us and with the rest of the chain to keep everyone focused on achieving our dates.

GoogleWhen selling a property we had originally opted for a “competitor” agent but after 2 months and only one, alleged, viewing we opted to terminate that contract and appoint Robinson Jackson. The difference in service was noticeable from the first point, improved marketing, regular updates and, more importantly, a much improved number of viewings and subsequent offers. Ultimately the house sold and every engagement with the Orpington branch staff was good and objective. Everyone who worked with us on the sale of the property worked collectively as a team with the same objective. Our biggest regret was that we didn’t appoint Robinson Jackson from the outset. Special thanks to Steve for the continual updates and communications. We would definitely recommend Robinson Jackson and would use them again.
Thank you Stuart for your in depth review. Really pleased of the outcome. Your buyer was delighted to be moving in as well. All the best to you and your family. Robinson Jackson Estate Agents Orpington
