GoogleThe staff in the Swanley branch were extremely helpful and patient in assisting us with our property sale. We have never sold a property before and they talked us through every process with kindness and understanding. They kept us up to date with everything that was happening with either a text or an email. I would not hesitate to use them again.

GoogleI purchased a property through Robinson Jackson and received excellent service from offer to completion. The seller's onward purchase fell through at one point, and we were both having difficulties with our lawyers. But Robinson Jackson persevered and carried all parties through the transaction. I really appreciate their efforts and would like to give a special thanks to Katy in the Progressing Team who stuck with us through the entire process.

GoogleExcellent service provided from Robinson Jackson Eltham. Sam from Sales Progressing team was absolutely fantastic. Felt I was kept informed every step of the way. Did not need to contact her as I was updated regularly. If anything needed, she responded to emails very quickly and offered good advice for any problems encountered. Sam and everyone I dealt with made the process of buying our first house much easier and less stressful. I am highly satisfied and will definitely recommend RJ Estate Agents to everyone who is looking to buy or sale property. Thank you!

GoogleWe recently sold our home through Robinson Jackson and they have been fantastic from start to completion. Very professional and friendly, no question or query was too small for them. They offer viewings on Sundays which worked in our favour and I don't know of any other agents that do this. The sales progressor team kept us informed of everything going on between solicitors and it all went smoothly. I couldn't recommend them highly enough. Thank you!

GoogleFrom the word go the whole team at Dartford Branch were brilliant! From us calling to view a property they had on the market to placing our home on the market, they were professional and on point! Transparency was important to us and they did exactly that. They sold our home and kept us informed at every step. Katie was our progress in sale liaison who not only kept my stress levels down but also made sure I was kept in the loop at every point. If I didn’t understand something or wasn’t sure she would take time out to explain process and documentations. Scott and the other members of staff could not have been more helpful and went far beyond what is expected of an estate agent, helping my father on numerous occasions throughout the process.
