Can't fault the service provided, excellent communication from all the staff, Julie in particular was very helpful, with advice, assistance, all queries and concerns addressed promptly and efficiently. GoogleIf I could I wouldn’t leave any stars. I am a first time buyer who fell in love with a property, I communicated with the vendor who was more than happy for me to have the house. The agent on the other hand, disgusting, they have lied to me and something doesn’t sit right. I spoke to a lady called Julie and was shocked by the way she spoke to me, I don’t know how she gets any business speaking to people like that. Avoid this agent like the plague!

Obviously they are very experienced and knowledgeable of the property market in the Bradford (and beyond) districts. GoogleRobert Watts were fantastic from start to finish. I was selling this house for my mother in law due to her husband being terminally ill. All the staff were brilliant; every email was answered more or less immediately, viewings were coordinated with ease and always confirmed by email, and we even had to take the house off the market for a while due to medical issues but nothing was a problem for them. I cannot fault Robert Watts and all their management and staff, absolutely superb service.
Thanks Ned what a really super review on all aspects of our service. It was a difficult time for your family and we’re so glad we could make it easier for your mother-in-law. Good luck with all your future plans.
